Location is within 2mins of tram & S-Bahn, & 5 mins walk to Marienplatz town centre. Clean, 24hr lobby bar. Price OK for Oktoberfest. |

staff was excellent, they are really nice and try hard to please the guests. Breakfast is good. Location is not bad, easily reachable by tram and S-bahn. Room is comfortable and chambermaid service is well done. no air condition in the room. I felt quite hot and it was in September, I can only imagine what it would be like in July/August. Internet is not wireless and is not free of charge. The price is not abusive, as I paid 10 euro for 24 hours that I used over the 3 days I stayed there. But it is a little uncomfortable to have to be wired to the modem all the time. |

Large clean bathroom separated from the room by a foyer, cozy bed, nice balcony and kind staff who opened our room early after we showed up bleary from a night train. |

In general our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff was very friendlly and helpful. The location was very good as it was only minutes away from the city center and the conference venue. An underground stop was also a couple of minutes away. The breakfast room was clean and had a good variety of food and it was open until 10:30! I believe that the rooms could benefit from a refurbishment. Even though it seemed that the carpet in our room had been recently replaced the general impression was that it was an old hotel. Also there was a smell in the room that we couldn't get rid by opening the window. But in any case the room was clean and had the basic facilities. |

Great location near Marienplatz. Price was reasonable for Munich, though still relatively high. Very nice breakfast. Very helpful hotel staff. Small, relatively Spartan (simple) rooms. Beds were not the most comfortable. |

The location is the main draw of this hotel, the location is very convenient to the altstadt - everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is good. Our room was in need of updating but was clean. The rooms that open into the stairwell can be noisy due to people coming to the hotel late and making noise in the stairwells. |

The Hotel is in an excellent position - on the main train line and on a tram line. Staff are extremely helpful. The room was better than last year - a large double room in modern decor. Would definitely stay there again. Munich is a wonderful city. Only one minor thing - the shower was over a bath in an alcove in the corner of the (small) bathroom. It was quite dangerous to get out of the shower in a very limited space and had to be very careful getting out the shower (room no 47). |

For those how like to walk by foot and eat good this is the place for you. Everything was near by and yet a little aside from the center. The hotel is not 4 stars but very cosy with excellent staff. |

Location is very good, a few minutes to the city centre. Personnel was very nice and breakfast buffet is clean and good with the essentials. Bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. Hotel is very clean but very basic. 3 stars may be a stretch. |

Location. Very close to everything by walking. Sebastian the front desk man was exceptional! Breakfast was excellent. Needed a bidae in the bathroom. |

The staff was very helpful and considerate. They offered suggestion to make our travel easier and cheaper. The breakfast was excellent and the accommodations quite comfortable(we had a balcony). The only drawback was the shower--it was had to get to. |
