Staff was really friendly. Situation of the hotel was great. Really close to the main railstation (haubtbanhof). We had a non smoking room but smoke kept coming to our room through the bathroom. In the bathroom it smelled like some would have smoked there. |

it was central and handy for the station and transport. it was clean and modern. the staff were friendly 1. the breakfast was very disappointing. poor coffee[weak], no scrambled eggs[which we always get in other geman hotels], the grape juice [one in the middle]was undrinkable, the orange too sweet, ...sorry 2. the noise from the street all night was awful...because of all the sex shops there was shouting at night til 3 or 4 am. |

Easily accessble from the Hauptbahnhof and shopping thoroughfare With no carpets, sound echos and during my stay, was woken early each morning by other guests in corridors - also there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in most communal areas (but not the restaurant which was good). |

no,becaue the shower room is not convient at all the washing basen is very small,so that is almost impossible to wash your hands 20cmx12cm!!.It meets the classification of 1star ,max.2 star category but not definately 3 star hotel. yes the shower room. |

Wonderful breakfast, nice room, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Quiet and pleasant to hang out in. Internet was hard to use, and the bathroom was non-optimal: weirdly laid out, and the hot water was broken one night! |

We really enjoyed our stay of eight nights(22-30/Jul/2009). The hotel is located in a street full of life and color but which at the same time is quiet and safe. The main train station is only a 4-5min walk away and everything important is within walking walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds while the nourishing breakfast had a variety that could meet all needs and tastes. |

We had a non smoking room - but there was a very strong smell of smoke in our room on our last night - with the window shut. The hotel seemed to be not strict enough in enforcing non smoking rules in their non smoking rooms. |

The location was convenient within walking distance to the main station. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. At night around the hotel there were some shady characters, but I still felt safe. |
