The room was clean and quiet (although the street itself is rather noisy at night). The breakfast was very good. Only the WiFi in the room was extremelly weak. The WiFi in the room was extremelly weak. |

The area did not seem nice, as never close to railway stations. There were lots of striptease bars close by, also on the same street. The center is still very close by as all the biggest sights and shopping area. The room was non-smoking, but the bathroom was full of tobacco smoke from other rooms. It was really discusting. The hotel was alright, but I wouldn't want to go there again. The area and the striptease bars. The tobacco smell in the bathroom, it was really noticeable. |

location of the hotel and price are very good for the city like Munich. Also, I have gotten very helpful hints from hotel staff. It is not recommended for family stay with kids because there are a few night-clubs nearby. |

The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating and helped us out with a number of matters. The breakfast was in a lovely airy room with a wide selection of things to eat and very attentive staff. I was a bit concerned when I saw that the hotel was right beside a striptease place but we heard nothing and slept well both nights. |
