空調設備がなかったので夏は辛いと思う。また、エレベーターが非常に使い辛い。 滞在は1人なのに、2段ベッドのある4人部屋を案内された。全室無料無線LANとの案内があったが、そうで- はなかった。バスルームには浴室がある写真が掲載させていただが、そうではなかった・・・。 |

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help several times. Buffet breakfast was of a good standard and kept full throughout the morning. Very small lift or steep winding stairs would make it difficult for disabled customers. |

The staff were very friendly, helpful and very professional. Some of the reviews I had read on the internet complained about the noisy conditions but that was certainly not the case. It was a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. I would have preferred a different type of breakfast: although it was a standard German breakfast I would have appreciated if it was possible to have something warm available. |

Good breakfast selection. Nice comfortable area to eat. Rooms were pretty small, but comfortable. A noisy neighbourhood so the thin walls didn't help sleeping at night. |

Staff was really friendly. Situation of the hotel was great. Really close to the main railstation (haubtbanhof). We had a non smoking room but smoke kept coming to our room through the bathroom. In the bathroom it smelled like some would have smoked there. |

it was central and handy for the station and transport. it was clean and modern. the staff were friendly 1. the breakfast was very disappointing. poor coffee[weak], no scrambled eggs[which we always get in other geman hotels], the grape juice [one in the middle]was undrinkable, the orange too sweet, ...sorry 2. the noise from the street all night was awful...because of all the sex shops there was shouting at night til 3 or 4 am. |

Easily accessble from the Hauptbahnhof and shopping thoroughfare With no carpets, sound echos and during my stay, was woken early each morning by other guests in corridors - also there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in most communal areas (but not the restaurant which was good). |
