clean,clam,prepared for invoice advanced can reduce the time,i like the style.

Staff were lacking customer service and rude. We would not stay there again or recommend it to other people, very disappointing with their mannerism.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

The location is very far to many attractions in Berlin. You need a 30-40 minutes metro ride to reach Alexanderplatz.

Receptionist originally from Kazakhstan was super friendly. Easy parking on the street in front of hotel.

Breakfast

We had very sound sleep, the cleanliness is excellent. Not been thr for breakfast but staff is upto thr marks offered us some breakfast packs.

So far we had very good experience :)

Conveniently situated, close to the U-Bahn (underground) and bus services. Short 10 min ride into the centre of Berlin. Excellent breakfast buffet with selections for everyone. Room was not large but enough for the 2 of us with a good sized en-suite shower room.

Bit nervous about the security as the reception area is to one side of the entrance so cannot monitor people entering the hotel, although there are video cameras on the the different floors.

Great location, near the metro station, where you can get metro to any place in the city. Good breakfast. This hotel is real value for money.

My company's exhibition was nearby my hotel, so it was very much convenient from my hotel

The staff was absolutely friendly , the service was good and the room was perfect for a three stars hotel!

too far to city centre, takes a long time by underground, then you have to take the train and then walk alot to main attractions.... Also the bar in the lobby is very boring and plain......

good location: about 5 minutes by car to center, metro and bus stations are near to the hotel.

Good hotel, good breakfast, good location not so far from Berlin center city (300m walking to subway and 15 minutes on line U2). Supermarket near and some restaurants.

It is possible to listen noise from neighbor rooms. Specially, I got 201-2 (2012) room and I had an unpleasure to listen an young/teenager couple having selvage sex, and speak loud some nights (1 and 2AM). I called the reception, but they told me that they couldn't do nothing because the behavior in the room is free. I understand that freedom and RESPECT are different things. Well, because that, if you get the room 201-2 or 201-1 I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Spacious room, and Metro was very closeby

It said lcd tv...which was true, only it was very small. It was nice that the room was big, although from a distant the tv looked like a "postcard", so small. Also they forgot to clean the room 1 day which was not so nice

the night shift was terrible. it needed more than 20 min. to give to us the key of the room.

The staff were very remote and when asked for a kettle they would not provide one. The only way to have a hot drink was to pay 7.50 euros. The Road noise was particuarly bad. we were on the third floor front of the building and were kept awake most of the night with traffic rummbling passed.

You have to pay for a bottle of water 2 Euros in the room. It should be for free.

Good location, clean room, friendly staff! Felt secure in the hotel.

Small TV and few English TV channels. Also, coffee not great at breakfast.

Staff was helpful about anything we needed.

Light smell of a cigarrette in our room. Internet was SLOW. They have to improve it for business travellers.(Do not missunderstandme, it works, but do not expect dowloading many stuff or shared stuff in the cloud...)

Cleanliness, modern building incl. the interior, the location, quiet, the service, free-internet available, free-information about Berlin available, bus stop which is just 30m from the front door of the hotel (direct bus to downtown Berlin), 3 minutes away from subway station.

Location to Messe for exhibitions was great

Booked a single room - the room was tiny, and the bed was no longer than 5ft 10inches! Its definitely overpriced (ok there was a big event on at the Messe but even so the price is too much for size of the room). The internet service was also rubbish, as a business traveller I would not consider this hotel if being on line is important.

Claustrofobic

The staff was helpful. The room was very clean and quiet .Breakfast was excellent. The Theodor-Heuss platz is three minutes away. A very safe area even around two o'clock in the morning.

The single room is terribly small. Never saw a smallerl room, looks more like a passage than a room. You cannot open your suitcase on the floor; had to do it on the bed. The air conditioner was terribly noisy and had to turn it off to fall asleep thought it was terribly hot. The bathroom is so tiny. There is a terribly small sink. No soap dish, no shower cap, no place to leave your stuff , brush or toothbrush, just a tiny shelf for your cream or lotion.
