The staff were polite The room was a like a cell. The air conditioning was noisy and could not be used at night. The bed was 2 foot wide. The towels were like dish cloths, there were no washers, the toiletries were not replenished and ran out by the second day. The breakfast was repetitive and dull. I tried to leave early because of these issues but was told I had to pay for the full time. |

The hotel was beautiful. Clean and modern. Shower was huge and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would recommend this hotel. We thought the hotel was going to be more in the center of the city. It is not close to much, but there is a train station right there so you have easy access. I would have preferred to be in walking distance of shops and more restaurants. There were a couple right there, but not a whole lot. It seemed like more of a calm residential area, which was not what the description said. It is very close to Olympia Stadium however. |

Clean, nicely decorated with pleasant friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. Well placed for the U and S Bahn, the Messe Conference Centre and the Olympic Stadium. Advertised as having tea/coffee making facilities but this was not the case. We persuaded the staff to give us a kettle but had to provide our own tea, milk etc. |

Even the room was small, modern interior and a color of the room makes you relax and comfortable. Close (within 5min-walk) to Messe, U-bahn, Restaurants/Cafe, and Convenience store. Air-conditioning works pretty good, free internet(speed was vary, but not too bad). My husband enjoyed a Cigar room in the hotel. Eventhough there's some noise but it was nice stay! Noise of Elevator, Neighbor's door slamming and conversation during a night. Leak water on the bathroom floor because there was a gap for the glass wall/door of the shower, yet that bathroom floor is made by marble stone, it was dangerous. |

Clean hotel with helpful staff, u-bahn proximity, not so far from city centre small bathroom, sliding bathroom door leaving a wide gap (no sense of full comfort) |

Room was small (beds 70cm wide each) but clean and recently remodeled with a quite luxurious bathroom considering the price for the room. The bathroom had a nontransparent glass sliding door - the best solution for the size of the room. Breakfast buffet was good. |

Breakfast is very good for a 3 star, even better than some 4 stars. Location is convenient, just close to U-Bahn station and Berlin ZOB for those traveling by coach. The cleaning staff knocking the door early in the morning during the week end. |

Everything! that was perfect! The room was very clean and nice! Reception is like by 4* hotels. Bar and restoraunt are super! The location is a bit wide from messe (you'll need to take a bus), but with many restoraunts around. No minibar. Neighbors "one bed" room was some worse than ours |

Very close to the u Bahn. The room was very comfortable. Very minimal services: no service on breakfast, loby, small elevator, wireless internet didn't work, complete dark corridors (a sensor recognise you after 5 seconds...) |

Clean and tidy with very obliging staff. Lack of, even a cup of coffee, outside bar times. Very poor Breakfast, even the intended minimal hot selection, was cold. No tea and Coffee facilities in rooms. |

Location is good if you are attending a meeting at the congress centre. It is also close to a good range of bars and restaurants and has good public transport links. It is not close to the 'centre' of Berlin and I am not sure this would be a good hotel for a city break, though it was very reasonably priced. |

Angenehmes, ruhiges Zimmer, alles sehr schön neu, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ja, das Einzelzimmer ist sehr, sehr klein und heute ist es auch meist Standard, dass man ein Doppel- als Einzelzimmer hat mit normal großem Bett, außerdem ist das Bad nicht abgeschlossen, so dass es morgens dort kalt ist, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft, also besser abtrennen! |
