I liked the moderness / cleanliness - room very comfortable, Great shower! Breakfast room was lovely and realxing and the food was very very nice Overall - a lovely hotel to stay at.

The room was in an excellent condition, and their facilities were by far the best value for money.

The breakfast was a bit over-estimated as it concerns the cost. As for the hotel staff, I don't have anything good to say, their English were terrible, and when they couldn't explain to you what they had to say, they just changed subject. Terrible English, poor communication skills, and as for the mood, lets just don't talk about it.

The room was very clean and very cheap. That is about all I liked about this hotel.

The male receptionist was incredibly rude and not helpful in the slightest. He was however more than helpful to the people who checked in just after us, giving them a map and showing them where we were on it and how best to get into town, we then asked for a map but got none of this when we quite clearly were no where near the reception so couldn't have seen where he was pointing out on the map. Rude Man! Its safer to park your car in the street than the courtyard that you had to pay €8 for (street parking is free).

The staff were nice especially the part time ones :) The hotel is so quiet, so it is perfect for peace of mind The room is clean and bed is capacious The breakfast is excellent Very good value for money considering the other hotels in the area

You do not have to put the label to have the room cleaned which means cleaners tend to enter the room in the morning no matter there is someone inside or not!

Very helpful and friendly reception staff, great breakfast and plenty of space in rooms. Great accommodation!

Beds were very nice, everything was very clean. The staff was all very helpful.

For 9 euros, I was expecting more variety for breakfast. In the future, I would not get the breakfast in the hotel for that much.

The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated, nothing wrong with it. The breakfast buffet very nice.

The hotel is well situated. UBahn is near, SBahn is near. Motorway is near.If you plan to go to Mitte then its to far, the bahns are close but not that close. Parking is free on the street. Pretty much a lot of parking. Wifi is good however once we got online with one ipod we couldn't connect our second one.

Hotel staff not nice (Mrs Putzger). Asked to switch a room (just got in and got out - didn't even use anything). The room was on the first floor and was a bit loud. She said that the hotel is overbooked. Thats great, its just that two hours later 6 couple received their rooms. She did exactly her job and wasn't too friendly. Besides that the hotel is ok.

Stay was comfurtable. Rooms are O.K. However, with no resorant functioning for lunch/dinner it is not convenient for business travellers.

There was no kettle provided in the room with provisions for bed tea.
