The hotel was a real gem! The room was extremely clean and equipped with all necessary facilities (except for a safe; but you can't have everything). The breakfasts were excellent; one could choose from a very generous offer, including a variety of delicious bread. The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with maps of the city. The day before our departure, I went down to the reception and asked if I could use a computer to check-in for our flight back the next day. The lady in the reception offered me the computer behind her desk which was connected to her printer and two minutes later I returned to our room with the boarding cards. Brilliant customer care! |

The cleanness of the room, friendly personnel, comfortable, no loud noises, bathroom and toilet were divided it is just a little tiny bit away from the city centre, but very doable with the U-bahn and S-bahn network |

Modern, roomy, extremely clean and well maintained rooms. Excellent soundproofing. Friendly, English-speaking and non-intrusive staff. Free WIFI with strong signal, flat screen TV with several international channels (CNN, BBC World, France 24, TV5, etc), Italian-style shower. Not so exciting surroundings and somewhat remote from the city center. Great for business trips and events taking place in Berlin's ICC & Messe. |

Clean rooms, friendly staff and most importantly free wireless internet access in the room, which even worked very well. Highly recommended a+++ hotel! No complaints, whatsoever. |

Good hotel, on walking distance from Kurfürstendamm and another shopping street. Big rooms, quiet room (I was not staying at the side of the street) Breakfast was not that impressive. My room was close to the stairs, which gave some noise sometimes. |

the staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was clean and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and the free, 24 hour, internet access was a bonus.Room 601 has a great balcony The bathrooms only had a shower and no bath which would have been better. |

Due to heavy traffic nearby the hotel it is impossible to keep windows open. A price of 9€ for the breakfast offered is excessive - most of the food was not fresh, tomatos were even mouldy! |

Our room was very clean, everything was new and tidy. Room was really nice. Breakfast was really good: there was different kinds of bread and juice (not drinks but juice-it is not very often). Stuff was friendly and helpfull. |

I liked the fact that without any problem we could park our bicycle in the cellar of the hotel, althought there was no official parking for bicycles.Very kindly. |

Good value for money. Hotel is very clean and rooms are good. Free internet offered. However, hotel is not so close to city center and a taxi costs about 20 euros at night. |

Communication between Hotel Ivbergs Charlottenburg and Ivbergs Berlin, we parked our car at Ivbergs Berling and took the Bus to Charlottenburg because we hadn't an Umweltplakette. Nice rooms, Ideal hotel to explore Berlin! |

The staff friendliness, the cleanliness and location. I liked it so much I wanted to book more nights but they were sold out by the time I tried to extend my stay. I really liked the fact that they cater to "single" travelers. The room I got was a single bed and the price reflected that too. They thought of nearly everything that is minimally required in a modern establishment for short term single traveler stay. The free wireless was a very important decision for my choice of place of stay. I was very happy with this hotel. |

Very clean. Big comfortable bed. Great location. Bus stop right outside of hotel and U-Bahn not far away. Fantastic location for exhibition centre - only a short walk away. If you are on a city break (as we were), do not let this put you off as we managed to get out and about really easily and location was not an issue at all. Free internet throughout hotel. Supermarket just across street which is open from 7am-midnight. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast is expensive. |
