Staff not very helpful. Hotel room overlooked main road with trams and was very noisy until very late at night.

Free parking, very close to historical city center, right next to Fuggerei, free wi-fi and warm reception, clean room and comfortable bed, reasonable rate.

hot in the room, no air condition. trolley bus runs on the street outside, noisy. Need ear-plugs when sleeping.

I stayed only one night. The hotel is perfect for the visit of the center of Augsburg: it has free parking available, and you can reach the center by walking in less than 10 minutes (actually, it is located very near to the Fuggerei). The hotel consists of 2-3 different buildings (all very near to each other). My room seemed recently refurbished, with an lcd television even in the bathroom (!).

The hotell was without a lift and we get a room in second floor it was difficukt to take our suitcase to the room.beacuse we didn't use the breakfast we didn't be able to reduce the price.

The locationis excellent. The room was clean . The room facilities arre minimal, but there are all necessary things in the room. The breakfast was good enough.

We checked in about 13.00 and until 16.00 there were repair works on the roof with a lot of noise. The hotel should warn about such things

The rooms were comfortable and good size. The location is good for visiting the city, as it is only about a 5 minute walk to the old town area. The staff was nice, and their breakfast was good. They don't have a lot of parking, and all the parking on the streets for blocks around appears to be by permit only at night, so just be prepared for that. There are many restaurants and guest houses within a few minutes walk of the hotel too.

Wonderful staff met as when we arrived.. Good suggestion for restaurant late in the evening.. Parking available on-site. Allowed us to leave car for a couple hours after we had checked out to explore more of Augsburg. Great buffet breakfast. Very clean

From the moment of arrival, reception staff helped and made us feel so welcome, with all questions addressed, guidance given on local places to visit for children. We were offered a range of rooms to choice for ourselves and promptly attended to. The location is very close to main old town, with a lively life in a warm friendly atmosphere. Rooms were very comfortable, even to the surprising flatscreen tv in the bathroom. Beds very comfortable and breakfasts satisfying most tastes fully.
