Location is good.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good location of hotel. Staff is friendly

Internet was free, but very bad connection . No elevators in hotel.

You can walk to the center, you have free parking. The town is wonderful.

We asked before not to have feathers pillows and a heated room. No answer of the staff and when we came, the room was cool, the bathroom was icy, the pillows...We asked why and showed our reservation. I felt as unimportant guest.

The hotel is within 5 mins of the beautiful ancient city of Augsburg

Parking is limited and since it was right next to a street the train ran every 15 to 30 mins throughout the night it was very noisy even with the window closed.

Location in the centre of Augsburg, all within easy walking distance.

Internet at reception fine, but limited/no reception in the rooms.When I was there the internet in the rooms did not work at all for 2 days until I left.

Located right next to Fuggerei (worth a visit) and a short-walk to the lovely city center of Augsburg. Parking was free and available and breakfast was affordable. Not fancy but serves the purpose.

Not much in the way of customer service or fancy accoutrements. Rooms are basic but do the job.

bedroom was seperate to main hotel.Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with heavy cases ,no lift.

The street in front of our romm was too busy. It was a bit too noisy.

This hotel was nice and close to the centre of Augsburg where the christmas markets are held. The rooms are great value for money, simple but very clean with lovely newly renovated bathrooms.

Although we stayed there with kids its not really a family hotel as there are no adjoining rooms and the other guests seemed to be younger and more likely to come home late, obviously making the most of the cheap rates.

I liked the cleanliness of the place. It is also convenient to use one of the parking lots in the courtyard. The personnel were very friendly and professional. We had 2 triple rooms and they were functional, nice, calm and very clean, including the bathroom. All in all very good value for money. Breakfast cost 5 € per person and you get all you need. A perfect address to stop over on your way to your final destination or even a city trip as the hotel is well located.

The staff when we arrived were excellent but when we checked out they were rubbish. The hotel is quite near the centre, which is lovely. Several bars and restaurants nearby. The beds are pretty soft so not the most comfortable but the hotel is good for the price.

Our room was next to roadway and sidewalk. Was very loud all night with cars, streetcars, people walking and being loud

Our room was on 3rd floor and there was no lift!!!!!

The clerk in reception when we checked out is very friendly and patient to answer the questions we asked.

The facilities in room are poor. What is more, there is no lift, and we have to carry our heavy luggages to 2/F.

Location downtown, with parking facilities. Easy access from motorway. Friendly service. Good value for price.
