The staff were so very wonderful and helpful in every way possible. From the Front Desk, to the Spa, and most lovely were the help staff in the Dining Room. The food was excellent, the views were enjoyable, very relaxing. The rooms were big and spacious. Having to leave.

Het totale plaatje klopt bijna. Een geweldige design welnessruimte; merendeels prima kamers en voor goede wijn en spijs hoef je de deur niet uit. Nadat alle accommodaties zijn opgefrist/aangepakt klopt het totale plaatje vast en zeker! Oh ja.....en de Haribo! De hotelkamers worden gefaseerd aangepakt. De kamer(s) die wij hadden moeten die opknapbeurt nog krijgen. Lekkere ruime kamer, maar wat gedateert. Belangrijk detail: de kussens bevielen slecht. Wel hartstikke belangrijk voor een goede nachtrust. Eenvoudig op te lossen probleempje.

Heerlijk hotel waar je na een hele dag buiten (mountain biken, wandelen of golfen) kan ontspannen in het Welness center. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is prima verzorgd en de eetzaal heeft prachtig uitzicht. Eten is van goede kwaliteit. Kamers waren schoon en comfortabel. Vanuit midden Nederland in zo'n 3,5 uur te bereiken. Hotel ligt in een prachtige omgeving. Boppard ligt vlakbij en een bezoekje waard. Niet onbelangrijk: Duitse wijnen zijn heerlijk maar helaas ondergewaardeerd. De eigenaar van het hotel is de CEO van Haribo, u weet wel van de snoepjes. Overal kom je in hte hotel dus Haribo tegen en dat wringt met de uitstraling van het hotel, of de uitstraling die ze willen hebben. Kwestie van smaak maar als ik eigenaar was, zou ik dat anders oplossen.

Het welnessgedeelte (zwembad/sauna) was erg goed, evenals het ontbijt. Er wordt gesproken over een fitnessruimte, maar die is er niet meer. Kamers zijn erg gehorig en ook de goederentreinen op het lager gelegen spoor zijn goed hoorbaar. Het hotel is erg afgelegen. Met de auto naar Boppard is ongeveer 13 km. Eenmaal gebruik gemaakt van het diner, maar dat was echt onder de maat en bovendien zeer prijzig.

Sehr komfortabel. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war völlig o.K. Angenehm ruhige Lage. Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt und mitunter sind die Zimmer mit Gepäck beschwerlich erreichbar (Treppen steigen mit Gepäck)

.......es gibt noch viel zu tun, aber einige gute Renovierungsarbeiten und tolle Ideen sind schon verwirktlich worden, weiter so, dann kommen auch die "guten" neuen Zeiten.Freue mich schon jetzt auf den "neuen Glanz". Spa-Bereich sehr gemütlich.Großzügiges Angebot,von Sauna bis Dampfbad über Erlebnisduschen. Technikhilfe in 2 min. Vor Ort und Problem gelöst. Frühstück hervorragend. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Ausblick vom Restaurant. Nur Tee kostenlos im Spa-Bereich.Wasserspender empfehlenswert! Und Whirlpool wünschenwert.

Просторный номер, новый, хорошо продуманный, комплекс СПА, замечательный вид из ресторана. Персонал великолепный. Стоянка бесплатная и большая. Не помешает освежить ремонт номера и разнообразить ассортимент закусок на завтрак.

Ganz toller Wellnessbereich! Super Massage Das Personal war nett und freundlich, aber schlecht informiert; auf unsere Frage, warum hier so viele Gummibärchen herumstehen wußte man keine Antwort! Im Zimmer funktionierten einige Lampen nicht! Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde nicht nachgereicht - als wir zum Frühstück kamen gab es nur mehr Reste! - nicht einmal genügen Brot war vorhanden!

Das große Schwimmbad und die Saunalandschaft war super. Das Hotel ist sicher ein Paradies für Golfspieler. Wahrscheinlich hat das Hotel deshalb auch 4 Sterne. Da die Hotelanlage einsam und verlassen auf dem Berg liegt, eignet es sich nicht für "normale" Touristen. Für Unternehmungen (z. B. Bummel in Boppard) muss man immer das Auto nehmen. Sehr negativ sind die langen, dunklen Flure.

Ottimo albergo distante dai centri abitati dotato di una terrazza con vista sul Reno. Ampie camere bella la piscina e la spa No aria condizionata la sera difficile che serva ma durante il giorno potrebbe essere in problema.

“An excellent hotel which represented very good value for money - through internet booking we secured a reduced rate. It is ideally located to access all the factilites of Boppard but in a quiet, picturesque square. We had a delightful double room with four poster bed, lounge area and tasteful decorations. Breakfast was excellent - the smoked salmon made a welcome change to the usual ham and cheese. The owner (John) made us feel very welcome, was friendly and provided helpful advice on the area. We were travelling by bicycle and we could store the bikes in a garage at no extra cost. We'd certainly stay of the hotel if we were visting the area again.” Catherine, Sheffield |
