The location and views from the hotel restaurant are very beautiful. The hotel is being advertised as 4 starts. As opposed to this, its two stars at best. Rooms are a true 1970s museum, everything you find there is from the 70s and has never been changed or updated. Dirty carpet, very old/uncomfortable bed, sheets were stained, no air conditioning, no proper lighting in the room, poor breakfast except pastries which were very tasty. Every public space is full of Haribo marketing materials. I would sincerely recommend the owner to visit a true 4 start hotel, like Movenpick in Berlin, just to see what level he needs to aim to if he wants to continue claiming 4 stars. |

Excellent service. Beautiful setting, with wonderful view. The whole place felt cared-for, with interesting artwork inside and outside the hotel.Room very comfortable,and food was good,especially breakfast. It was an overnight stop on the way home,but we would happily have stayed longer. |

Dit is een schitterend hotel. Uitzonderlijke ligging, vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers. Leuke golfbaan en prima samenwerking tussen golfbaan en hotel. Je kan ook kiezen tussen twee restaurants in het hotel of eten op de golfclub. Alle kosten van de golf (greenfee, golfcart, eten en drinken etc) gaan gewoon op de hotelrekening, eenvoudiger kan niet. Wij hebben een kwaliteitscontrole van het hotelpersoneel met eigen ogen gezien. Indrukwekkend hoe de controleur en het personeel hiermee omgaan. Fantastisch is ook het zwembad en het zonneterras. Wij komen zeker terug èn om te golfen (leuke baan, uitdagend voor spelers van gelijk welke speelsterkte) èn voor het hotel. Allen daarheen! In augustus is er minder onderhoudspersoneel, daarom hier en daar een stofnet. Maar ik ben zeker door het jaar, met normale personeelsbezetting, dat alles perfect is. Zeker geen slechte kritiek, alleen vaststelling. |

Das Gebäude (ein ehemaliges Kloster) strahlt von aussen einen gewissen Charm aus. Es liegt auf einem Berg oberhalb des Rheines, den man vom Frühstücksraum und von der Terasse des Restaurants sehen kann. Die Inneneinrichtung stammt aus den 70er Jahren. Seinerzeit sicher hochwertig und Topmodern, passt es einfach nicht in die heutige Zeit. Das Interieur wirkt einfach kitschig. Das Problem des Hotels ist, dass es noch nicht alt genug ist um stilvoll zu wirken und nicht modern genug um sich im "Hier und Heute" darin wohl zu fühlen. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein, eng und unkomfortalbele. Zu Stosszeiten mussten die Gäste warten. Es wird dadurch laut, voll und ungemütlich. |

Het hotel is mooi gelegen, de kamers zijn ruim, alleen wat gedateerd en de bedden moeten nodig vervangen worden (te klein en de matrassen te zacht). |

Meget venligt personale, rigtig god restaqurant, gode faciliteter og en spændende golfbane. Fik en god oplevelse ved check ud, hvor vi fik mulighed for afkortning af ophold på en dag uden betaling, hvor det fremgik af betingelser, at vi skulle betale 90%. Der var en enkelt aften i restauranten, hvor man havde for mange gæster i forhold til køkken og servering. |

très bel hôtel, aux bâtiments bien entretenus, chambres très calmes, très propres,spatieuses, confortables, le personnel est assez accueillant et cherche à satisfaire la clientèle . manque d'aération dans la salle de bains et dans les chambres qui sont surchauffées +++, un ventilateur a quand même été mis à notre disposition, restaurant moyen pour les repas avec service de qualité, petit déjeuner très bien, dommage que le personnel ne parle pas plus le français ou l'anglais |

Hotel heeft getracteerd op ons huwelijkslustrum. Was zeer attend. Hotelpersoneel gastvrij en hoge service. Idem voor restaurant personeel. Hotelrestaurant is wat te zakelijk en saai. |

Die Renovierung der Zimmer sollte wirklich schnellstens umgesetzt werden, denn nur die gute Küche alleine wird auf Dauer die Gäste nicht anziehen. Auch der Saunabereich ist nicht einladend. |

De combinatie hotel - Golf werkt heel goed, mooie, niet te moeilijke baan. Goed verzorgd restaurant met een fraai uitzicht. Nadelen: 's nachts wat gebrom in het hotel zo nu en dan van een of andere zware machine, geen warm water een ochtend. |

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt, hat aber seinen Scharm erhalten so dass mann viele kleine Mängel übersieht. Eine Sanierung ist dringend angesagt. Unser Kurzurlaub wurde durch den wunderschönen Golfplatz ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Wie schon gesagt, es muss saniert werden! |
