The staff was impeccable. Also the brand new Spa facilities were really nice. The Classic rooms are "classic" due to being old and having very used furniture.

Very nice hotel on top of a hill with spa and golf. Superb terrace with Rhein-view, good bar, nice rooms, good parking at hotel. Breakfast was good, the dinner was absolutely great, excellent food and wine. Relaxed and quiet location. Personnel too slow in preparing tables at breakfast (but very friendly).

The staff were so very wonderful and helpful in every way possible. From the Front Desk, to the Spa, and most lovely were the help staff in the Dining Room. The food was excellent, the views were enjoyable, very relaxing. The rooms were big and spacious. Having to leave.

The hotel is beautifully located on top of a hill overlooking the Rhine Valley and surrounded by forests and the golf course. It is quite close to some villages next to the river but a car is definitely needed. The building is very nice and the rooms are proper and clean, albeit they could be furnished much better. The personnel is nice and speaks sufficient English, although in some occassions they replied in German. The breakfast overlloking the river is definitely a must! Merely the fact that the menus and some of the information is exclusively available in German. But this is merely a detail...

Der Wellness-Bereich Das Zimmer ist stark renovierungsbedürftig; die Ausstattung ist unmodern und geschmacklos. Das Restaurant hat am Abend die Atmosphäre einer Kantinenküche, da bereits für das Frühstück eingedeckt wird, während Gäste noch beim Abendesssen sitzen. Wir hätten gern öfter dort gegessen, aber die Atmosphäre, der schlechte Service, der hohe Preis bei zu kleinen Leistungen hat uns dann doch "in den Ort getrieben".

Просторный номер, новый, хорошо продуманный, комплекс СПА, замечательный вид из ресторана. Персонал великолепный. Стоянка бесплатная и большая. Не помешает освежить ремонт номера и разнообразить ассортимент закусок на завтрак.

Rust. Uitzicht vanuit ontbijtzaal. Personeel vriendelijk. Zeer ruime kamer en badkamer. Netjes en comfortabel. Ontbijt prima. Beetje gehorig. Het ligt wel enigszins afgelegen, maar daarom juist ook heerlijk rustig.

Het welnessgedeelte (zwembad/sauna) was erg goed, evenals het ontbijt. Er wordt gesproken over een fitnessruimte, maar die is er niet meer. Kamers zijn erg gehorig en ook de goederentreinen op het lager gelegen spoor zijn goed hoorbaar. Het hotel is erg afgelegen. Met de auto naar Boppard is ongeveer 13 km. Eenmaal gebruik gemaakt van het diner, maar dat was echt onder de maat en bovendien zeer prijzig.

Sehr komfortabel. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war völlig o.K. Angenehm ruhige Lage. Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt und mitunter sind die Zimmer mit Gepäck beschwerlich erreichbar (Treppen steigen mit Gepäck)

.......es gibt noch viel zu tun, aber einige gute Renovierungsarbeiten und tolle Ideen sind schon verwirktlich worden, weiter so, dann kommen auch die "guten" neuen Zeiten.Freue mich schon jetzt auf den "neuen Glanz". G.W. Kein unter Dach parken, keine/wenige Pauschalangebote Hotel + Golf oder Wandern/Wein

Spa-Bereich sehr gemütlich.Großzügiges Angebot,von Sauna bis Dampfbad über Erlebnisduschen. Technikhilfe in 2 min. Vor Ort und Problem gelöst. Frühstück hervorragend. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Ausblick vom Restaurant. Nur Tee kostenlos im Spa-Bereich.Wasserspender empfehlenswert! Und Whirlpool wünschenwert.

Ganz toller Wellnessbereich! Super Massage Das Personal war nett und freundlich, aber schlecht informiert; auf unsere Frage, warum hier so viele Gummibärchen herumstehen wußte man keine Antwort! Im Zimmer funktionierten einige Lampen nicht! Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde nicht nachgereicht - als wir zum Frühstück kamen gab es nur mehr Reste! - nicht einmal genügen Brot war vorhanden!
