Lovely breakfast and easy to use Alpemare.

Wi-fi should be free as it is in most hotels in the rest of Europe. Also the bed pillows are very uncomfortable.

We got lost just at dark trying to find the hotel and were out-of-sorts on entering. However, the desk staff greeted me by name and was very pleasant and attentive--this changed our attitude instantly. We had a corner room with 2 windows that was very elegant but charming and gemutlichkeit. Deliciously comfortable beds. Quiet! The direct connection to Alpamare and inclusion of their entry fee in the room price is a major plus, bathrobes and spa gear too (they even provided these in child-size). Very good breakfast in a delightful and relaxing setting. While the décor and furnishings (e.g., carpeting) in the common areas were just a little bit worn/dated, the overall effect was of old-world relaxed pace, charm, understated elegance, relaxation. We will definitely put this hotel on our list of places to return to.

Wish we had opted to stay more than just one night!

Nice staff, entrance to the pool was the main goal. Nice that we could enter before the crowd arrives at 0900.
