Location, clean room. The room was very warm and the air conditioning did not seem to work effectively. It would have been nice to be able to fully open a window and not have the staff close the window while we were out. |

This hotel is immaculate, rooms are spotlessly clean and public areas very good, the rocking chairs are a great idea. Reception staff are very helpful, couldn't do enough for you and spoke very good English. The location of the hotel is very central to all the main sights and shopping area. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing to dislike. |

Excelent service, nice workers, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, safe room and excelent localization(you can walk to many important tourist attractions of Berlin like Gendarmenmarkt, Museumsinsel, Unter den Linden or even Alexanderplatz). |

Perfect location to enjoy historical Berlin sights, good restaurants, many top museums and River Spree stroll. Minimalist decor very tasteful and staff was wonderful. |

The homely and welcoming atmosphere that was apparent during my stay When I booked. The information received indicated that the price of the room included breakfast. However on paying my bill, breakfast was not included. |

Location, location, location. We were able to walk to many of the "must see" museums and sights of Berlin. In addition, it would appear that in response to the comments of previous guests, who complained about the cost of the full breakfast buffet, a light breakfast buffet is now available in the bar area for 6.50 euros - and this included coffee and juice - it was a real bargain. I would strongly recommend this hotel. |

Brand new design hotel, great staff, a comfortable and big room. Good location not far from Alexanderplatz or Brandenburger Tor. No complaints, would go there again. |

We had a very pleasant stay in Berlin soaking up the atmosphere of the twenty year celebrations of the fall of the Berlin wall. The hotel was ideally situated for ease of access to all tourist spots, the staff were very helpful at all times and the accommodation was excellent. |

Nothing in particular. It was a modern,clean, business hotel, where the decor and furnishings seem new. The bed was comfortable and the sheets crisp cotton. Just the fact that the rooms were rather starkly furnished and a bit souless and there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room |

Very new and modern hotel with an extremely curtious and helpful staff.Fairly well located in Mitte but that depends on what your main areas of interest are - there are other areas in Berlin with better public transportation access. I enjoyed my stay very much. |

Good location - quiet street but walking distance to main landmarks and shops. Most staff were really friendly. Basically a great place to stay and I'd recommend it. Only problems were internet and lack of food selection. The internet was a huge problem. Because of the slow speed with the free wireless I paid the 19e for 24 hours. What I didn't know was I couldn't use my 'account' for both my iphone and computer. I had to use the phone to make VOIP calls. This resulted in my having to pay another 19e for another 24 hours. For a 'business' hotel I thought this was not good enough. The food was beautiful but not much of a selection. |
