Everything was more than ok. Staff is very friendly, room was nice, great location. Free internet connection is too slow, so we had to pay for faster connection. |

Nothing in particular. It was a modern,clean, business hotel, where the decor and furnishings seem new. The bed was comfortable and the sheets crisp cotton. Just the fact that the rooms were rather starkly furnished and a bit souless and there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room |

This is a hotel that achieves very high standards. It is modern, clean and efficient with comfortable rooms, an extensive breakfast buffet, a convenient bar, and helpful, efficient staff. |

Very new and modern hotel with an extremely curtious and helpful staff.Fairly well located in Mitte but that depends on what your main areas of interest are - there are other areas in Berlin with better public transportation access. I enjoyed my stay very much. |

Good location - quiet street but walking distance to main landmarks and shops. Most staff were really friendly. Basically a great place to stay and I'd recommend it. Only problems were internet and lack of food selection. The internet was a huge problem. Because of the slow speed with the free wireless I paid the 19e for 24 hours. What I didn't know was I couldn't use my 'account' for both my iphone and computer. I had to use the phone to make VOIP calls. This resulted in my having to pay another 19e for another 24 hours. For a 'business' hotel I thought this was not good enough. The food was beautiful but not much of a selection. |

Very clean; modern but not exagerated, kind staff Connection between the bath room and the living room could have been designed better especially when you are two. Next time we will take a bigger room in this hotel then I think it will be perfect ! |

Everything! What a great hotel. I thought I was dreaming when I got there. Berlin was my final destination after 19 days in Europe (19 days in hotels with small rooms, tiny showers etc). This one looked even better than a US hotel for the same money than the crappy ones! (about 80 bucks a night). Highly recommended. Walking distance to everything. Bus stop to Tegel airport 2 blocks away (2.20 Euros ticket to the airport). Bus 164 stop in the front door to the train station. Metro station 2 blocks away. Service was outstanding. |

we were travelling with our 2 year old daughter, our room had a full size fridge, washing up sink and two ring hob, which all came in handy for us, also the shower was a good size so we could shower our daughter without too much fuss. |
