I liked the location of the hotel, it was close to the exhibition centre (Koelmesse) and the night life district. Lot's of parking spaces available underground. Staff was polite and efficient. When confronted with a door that wouldn't lock, the reception quickly changed our rooms. Not really, but I did expect the hotel interior to be newer and more comfortable mattress, pillows and bedding. Lacking of a water cooker. |

Nice hotel. Silent in the rooms and little noise from the staff. Good selection at the breakfast. No information about the hotel in the rooms. Usually there is a booklet with information, but not in this hotel. |

Airco in alle kamers op de 3e etage was kapot, daardoor zo'n 25 graden op de kamer. Er waren geen andere kamers meer beschikbaar in het hotel en ook ander verkassen naar ander NH-hotel op ons verzoek was niet mogelijk wegens geen plaats. Uiteindelijk bood het hotel ons gratis ontbijt aan. Netjes, maar in geen verhouding tot het ongemak. Hotel was ook erg gedateerd, niet 4 sterren waard. Hier komen we nooit meer! |

Locatie en rustige ligging. Hotel is binnen bedaagd. Het wordt hoog tijd voor een opfris beurt. Kluis deed het niet, ventilatie is heel matig. |

Ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, Lüftung ist nur über Klimaanlage möglich, dadurch war das Zimmer ungenügend belüftet und es roch nach kalten Rauch und Parfüm |

Das Zimmer (Superior) war ruhig im 7.Stock mit Blick zum Kölner Dom gelegen, komfortabel eingerichtet, im Bad mit beleuchtbarem Kosmetikspiegel. Die Frühstückszeit am Samstag nur bis 10.00Uhr ist zu knapp, zumal Punkt 10.00Uhr fast alles bereits abgeräumt ist! |

Grande Hotel moderno e funzionale vicino al centro della citta'.Colazione abbondantissima e completa. Pulizia della camera e del bagno perfette. Staff gentile e premuroso..hanno addirittura trovato un cuoco che parlava in italiano per fare da interprete. L'arrivo in hotel con la macchina..l'hotel e' posto su un laghetto e per entrare nella hall bisogna prima cercare il parchggio che e' interrato e privo di indicazioni stradali (ringrazio una signora che si e' fermata a darci informazioni... in italiano addirittura). |

Ich war schon zum 3. mal in diesem Hotel und ich gehe immer wieder sehr gerne hin. Die Lage ist einfach Perfekt, das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und Aufmerksam.. Ich werd bestimmt bald wieder hin gehn;) Ist immer eine sehr schöne Zeit dort ;) |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Alles in allem ein gutes Paket. Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal da und kehren immer wieder gern zurück. |

Der Aufenthalt war ja nur eine Nacht von daher schwer ihn zu beurteilen. War soweit alles ok. Die Lage ist ideal um an den Rhein und in die Altstadt zu gelangen, lediglich 15 Min. zu Fuß. Leider waren noch Haare im des Vorbewohners im Bad ,aber auch das kann mal passieren :-) |

Uns hat es aufgrund des tollen Wetters sehr gut gefallen, dass wir zum Frühstücken draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen konnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war doch recht dürftig bzgl. Auswahl und jeweiliger Anzahl, mit dem Auffüllen der leeren Platten/Schalen/Brotkörbe hat es zum Teil lange gedauert, obwohl genug Personal anwesend war. Ferner hat es uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass die Zimmer lediglich über die Klimaanlage belüftet wurden, es nicht einmal sog. Oberlichter zum öffnen und lüften gab. |

ruimte in hall en gangen. Personel wel vriendelijk maar niet behulpzaam. Zat in rolstoel en men liet me maar rondknoeien. Parkeergarage moeilijk toegankelijk en geen enkele aanwijzing waar men is. De garage is heel groot maar een paar borden zou fijn zijn.Eten in restaurant niet erg goed. Italiaans maar geen Italiaanse wijnen. |
