NH Berlin-Friedrichstraße

The ultimate central location in Berlin, U-bahn was in front of one of two doors, the stuff was helpful and polite (with one exception, but it's always the case), breakfast was excellent.

I believe this is a great central city hotel with logical prices.

Location, comfort

Bathrooms to be more equipped with cosmetics, no slippers in the rooms

The room is clean and comfortable, the location is excellent.

The elevator has a system that not only does it operate only when you stick in your room key (which is normal in many hotels), but it automatically stops on the floor you are on and doesn't let you to choose the floor. I stayed with friends, I was on the second floor and they on the seventh, and a few times a day I needed help from the reception to put me in the elevator so that I could go up to the seventh. Could not simply go from my floor to their floor. Big nuisance. Also, breakfast is way over priced (21 Euro).

The location. We used the convenience of being close to the Berlin Friedrichstrasse station. Also, it was close to some of the latest shops in Berlin. Room was quiet because of triple glazing. AC was adequate, but not "tested" as it was cool.

Charges for internet access were high and configured to extract money from you. There is a distinct direct correlation between the cost of the hotel room and the cost of internet access. Once you get below about $50 per night internet access is free!

It was very close to the main sights of berlin, easy to find, and reasonably priced

The hotel was centrally located near museums,historical sites and the S and U ban train services.

There were no shoe shine facilities that we could find either in room or on landings.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Berlin and right outside the hotel, you can access the U and S bahn. Nearby the hotels there are many cafes to select from, shops and also a post office nearby. The breakfast buffet was good (the coffee was surprisingly good) and staff are friendly and helpful.

You can only go up to your hotel room using the elevator and the elevator was not fast moving, which can be a bit annoying, even with 3 elevator units. Lucky enough we were staying on the 2nd floor so we can take the stairs going down. Wireless internet could have been a great additional feature to the hotel without adding huge cost vs. benefit to the customers.

The Hotel was centrally situated to the main city sights & adjacent to the train station for commuting within the city & to the airport.

Great location, excellent value - paid 55 euro/night, comfortable rooms.

The hotel displays great style. The staff are professional and friendly and breakfast offered a wide selection. Very good location for transport, shopping, and tourism.

Very slow check out, due to staff being very helpful to those ahead of me in the queue! Also I would have liked to have better coffee at breakfast, even if it cost a surcharge.

Very central, close to railway station. Very comfortable hotel.

Price for breakfast was far too expensive.
