Great location, very good service, great breakfast selection. Location and the hotel facilities make up for all the human flaws of this hotel. Great choice. The front desk staff is not very friendly, only doing their job and don't make you feel welcome. The tourist desk person is a disaster- don't use that service: the person will charge you wrongly (of course more than necessary), will be slow and totally inefficient. |

Extremely quiet - but we did request a quiet room and were overlooking the courtyard. (Not sure what road-facing rooms would be like.) Much liked the excellent breakfasts. Perfect location for an international traveller arriving at Shonefeld airport. Two minutes from rail station to room. Great location for accessing many of the sites and interesting areas. No nothing arose over our 5 night stay. |

This Hotel is excellent in all respects, clean and efficient with friendly staff. Breakfast is superb and I got very good value overall. I have only one minor issue and this relates to person on check out desk when I was leaving, who was not as friendly as everyone else! But this is a minor issue. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and their families. |

The location of the hotel is great. It is near local attractions. It is also at the Friedrichstraße U-bahn station so you can easily get anywhere in Berlin. |

Location! Very easy access to train, underground, busses. Near tourist sites & Under den Linden. Fabulous breakfast. The fee for wireless internet access when we have our own computer. Wireless access doesn't cost the hotel anything, and isn't appropriate for a hotel in your price range. |

The ultimate central location in Berlin, U-bahn was in front of one of two doors, the stuff was helpful and polite (with one exception, but it's always the case), breakfast was excellent. I believe this is a great central city hotel with logical prices. |

The room is clean and comfortable, the location is excellent. The elevator has a system that not only does it operate only when you stick in your room key (which is normal in many hotels), but it automatically stops on the floor you are on and doesn't let you to choose the floor. I stayed with friends, I was on the second floor and they on the seventh, and a few times a day I needed help from the reception to put me in the elevator so that I could go up to the seventh. Could not simply go from my floor to their floor. Big nuisance. Also, breakfast is way over priced (21 Euro). |

The location. We used the convenience of being close to the Berlin Friedrichstrasse station. Also, it was close to some of the latest shops in Berlin. Room was quiet because of triple glazing. AC was adequate, but not "tested" as it was cool. Charges for internet access were high and configured to extract money from you. There is a distinct direct correlation between the cost of the hotel room and the cost of internet access. Once you get below about $50 per night internet access is free! |

Needed a hotel close to the train station and it was. Room on 2nd floor overlooking the street was so quiet. Has AC. Extremely clean. Staff was so very helpful. Breakfast was very good. If you want to shop - lovely stores close by. If you want to do sight-seeing - very close to everything or the right transportation to get you there. Room exceptionally clean. Bed was very hard for me - but I have back trouble. |
