Great location, clean hotel. Kid friendly.

The staff weren't overly friendly, concierge was never there to ask questions, the bed wasn't great, they gave you single duvets for a queen bed and pillows weren't fabulous. Had uncomfortable sleeps.

Internet connection was very poor, quite expensive breakfast.

Good standard city centre business/tourist hotel. rooms clean and staff 1st class. Super location for getting anywhere in Berlin quickly.

The great location comes with strings, as do most city centre hotels. pretty noisy 24hrs a day from Friedrichstrasse and railway station. Food overpriced and bland. Hotel special meal rates for guests not good value for money, your better off eating outside.

I liked that it was close to a lot of landmarks and the city tour buses that we used. Also whenever we stepped out of the hotel, we were on the street where there was a ton of restaurants. Food was excellent and everybody spoke English.

We didn't have many hick ups, but there were two incidents where one was that the hotel gave us directions to a club that they didn't let us in for unknown reason and in one restaurant the girl didn't understand our order. So make sure before the waitress leaves your table that she repeat your order to you, so you know that she wrote the order correctly.

The staff of every level of work were all very welcoming and exceptionally professional. We felt as if we were being looked after from the minute we walked in. Very clean room, quiet rooms considering the bustling location. Excellent buffet breakfasts. Excellent location.

Room was noisy from railway, if the hotel pointed this out in their briefings I would either have requested a room at the other side of the hotel or not booked the hotel. For what the hotel charged, there are many other options available without the noise. Carpets were also dirty and need replacing, there were visible stains in the corridors and rooms. I would be unlikely to use this hotel again.

Location of the hotel is very good. It is near the main sights of the city. Bus stop to/from the airport Tegel is also not far from this hotel. It is quiet and comfortable.

No tea or coffee making facilities. For a business hotel this should be mandatory. The breakfast is 21 Euro per person which is an obscene amount of money just for breakfast. There was a tourist information desk which half the time there is no one there. One man stood there and watched us stand there at the desk for about 15 minutes while we tried to figure out the map. He asked if he could help and said he worked there. We asked for the directions and he gave us completely the wrong directions, which got us lost. Some better customer service was needed in that respect, clearly we needed help from the beginning and to just stand there was rude.

staff are friendly, the hotel is right next to the train station so easy to get from and to the airport and anywhere else in berlin.

Located accross the street from train station. Hotel concierge and front desk staff very helpful and friendly for first time visit to Berlin and Germany. Good restaurants and landmarks to visit are walking distance.

In january the wheather was-9 C but , the airconditioners was adjustable maximally 21 C,, and our room didn't warm up and we caught cold!! ... there wasn't basic supplies like slippers in the rooms ...Additionally some of the staff members was so rude..It's not so much expensive hotel , but neverthless it doesn't worth your money !! think twice to stay!!!

This hotel is clean and well located in Berlin, maybe too close to rail bridge for some rooms but is a good hotel for my business stay

Clean and comfortable room. Really surprised when in the morning on 6.12. (St. Nicholas) I discovered bag with the chocolates in front of my door. Congratulations to the management and and staff - they really made my day. Very good location near railway and U-bahn station that make connection to the airport and through the city simple and fast. Even with the location near railway sound isolation of windws was excelent and you can sleep like a baby. Lot of the restaurants in the neighbourhood, good shoping area with some of them with open until 10pm.

Wi-fi declared as 100% coverage and free in lobby and rooms but - unacceptable slow for today's needs and requests of business or modern traveler. Complicate procedure when I want to print boarding pass - I need to send email with pdf attachment to hotel's email and receptionist to print it. There is a computer in the lobby where you can print the boarding pass but it is not free. Remote control of TV works only 0,5 m from the TV - it is really remote.

Good location in the middle of Berlin (Berlin Mitte). Helpful staff.

Location was perfect, train station and tram stops over the road, within easy walking distance of CheckPoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag. All the major attractions can be easily reached on foot, perfect for visitinig the city.
