中央駅から１駅のFriedrichstrssse駅前にあり、バス停留所までも３分程と、市内・郊外どこ- へ行くにも最高の立地条件でした。ホテルスタッフの方々も親切でとても良い対応でした。客室へ上がるエレベ- ーターは、カードキーを読み取らせないと反応しない為、宿泊客以外が上がって来る事はなく、セキュリティー- に不安を感じる事もありませんでした。お部屋の中には湯沸しポットとコーヒー・紅茶がサービスとして置いて- あり、有り難かったです。朝食も充実の内容で、大満足でした。 駅前という便利な立地なので仕方のない事ですが、お部屋に居て電車の音が少し気になりました。 |

バスタブに付属のシャワー水飛散防止の仕切りが小さいのでは、とおもわれます。 水滴を床面に落とさずシャワーを頭から浴びるのに苦労しました。そのほかには不都合を感じたところはありま- せん。朝食も満足のいくものでした。 |

カードシステムをはじめ使いやすい点が多くあり、交換がもてました。 インターネット料金が非常に高い。ベルリン自体高いのかもしれませんが、それにしても、異常に高いです。海- 外出張で時差を抱えている者にとっては、大きなマイナスです。 |

駅から近く、値段の割には部屋がグレードが高かった。１階にスターバックスやテイクアウト可能な小さなショ- ップも入っており便利だった。 |

空港や中央駅への利便性、観光等のロケーション的には最高。 24Hのルームサービスを謳いながら、誰も応答せず。イレギュラーのリマインドもなく、不親切。アメニティ- の補充の忘れがあった。TVのリモコンが使い込まれすぎて何のボタンなのか判別しづらい。交換するべき。 |

駅のすぐ隣なので、便利な反面電車の音がうるさいのでは？と心配したが、電車の音は全く気にならなかった。- 大晦日にレストランで食事をしたらとても美味しかった。 部屋の掃除やアメニティの補充について、お願いをしないと来てくれないことが何度かあった。（お願いをすれ- ばすぐに来てくれました。） |

駅に近いのがなによりです。 朝食のレベルもこのランクのホテルとしては大変いいと思います。 バスルームの洗濯物用ヒーターは気に入っています。 このホテルが出来た年からベルリンではここと決めています。 今回は壁のランプの電球がなかったので一度云いましたが 最後までつくことはなかったです。お茶セットのティーバッグと砂糖は使ったあと補充はされませんでした。 |

Great location, very good service, great breakfast selection. Location and the hotel facilities make up for all the human flaws of this hotel. Great choice. The front desk staff is not very friendly, only doing their job and don't make you feel welcome. The tourist desk person is a disaster- don't use that service: the person will charge you wrongly (of course more than necessary), will be slow and totally inefficient. |

Extremely quiet - but we did request a quiet room and were overlooking the courtyard. (Not sure what road-facing rooms would be like.) Much liked the excellent breakfasts. Perfect location for an international traveller arriving at Shonefeld airport. Two minutes from rail station to room. Great location for accessing many of the sites and interesting areas. No nothing arose over our 5 night stay. |

i found the bathreoom to be very well presented. Also the bed was very comfortable. the price was higher than average, however i still enjoyed my stay. |

This Hotel is excellent in all respects, clean and efficient with friendly staff. Breakfast is superb and I got very good value overall. I have only one minor issue and this relates to person on check out desk when I was leaving, who was not as friendly as everyone else! But this is a minor issue. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and their families. |
