Location, clean comfortable room and bed. Great shower. Cool and quiet with the window open at night. No air conditioning but there is a fan in the room if needed. Fabulous breakfast - they are associated with the Italian restaurant next door- with 2 hot beverages offered and kind excellent staff at breakfast and reception. Garage to keep bikes safely locked.

Immediately off the bicycle trail with good inside bike storage. Reception from owner was very friendly and helpful but due to help shortage the reception desk is not open a great deal .
Elevator to upper floors . Our room #23 was quite large. Nice ,comfortable and clean . Modern and clean bathroom .
Restaurant not open , again due to shortage of help but very close to town center with numerous restaurants .
Breakfast was very good with made to order egg options and many other choices.
Would stay here again .

We had a lovely room/studio on the top floor in the rear building away from the main road. It was quiet. The location of the hotel is very good. We enjoyed a nice breakfast with a good range to choose from. The staff were very nice and helpful. There are plenty of good restaurants in the town, particularly on the "island" part of town. Breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable. Grocery store right across the street and you can even purchase a meal and then use the microwave to eat in the dining area of the hotel. The location is great, Donauworth is a very nice village with a train station (easy for visiting nearby cities) and you can make beautiful bike tours. Unfortunately the apartment also has some disadvantages.
