Quietly located in the town of Lenggries, this hostel offers free Wi-Fi and secure bicycle storage. It features outdoor and indoor table tennis, a football pitch and an area for campfires and barbeques. Decorated in black, white and green, the modern rooms at Jugendherberge Lenggries are simply furnished with a small seating area. Lockers are provided in the dormitory rooms. A buffet breakfast is served each morning in the bright breakfast room, with sweets and refreshments available from the vending machines. The popular cycling trail begins directly outside Lenggries Jugendherberge, and during the winter months guests can hire snowshoes and toboggans. The centre of Lenggries can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, with the A95 motorway a 30-minute drive from the hostel. Free private parking is available. The breakfast was fine. There was only one towel, so we used the pillowcases from other 4 beds!!! The room is suitable for 6 teenagers/soldiers/prisoners, but not for a couple, especially young couple- the beds were separeted one from another, and they were two-storeys. The price was too high for those uncomfortable conditions. We were lucky that the nightmare continue only for one night, and we moved to realy good guest house, with cheaper prices!!! Do not choose to stay in this awful hostel, unless you are teenager or you want to feel the athmosphere of army or prison.

Es war ein angenehmes klima, alles war sauber, es war recht neu, da es erst 2011 renoviert wurde. Eine nacht lang hat ein notausgangssignal in regelmäßigen abständen gepiepst, das ging durch das ganze haus. Da niemand da ist, stellt das auch keiner ab. Das verlassen der zimmer bereits um 9 halte ich für etwas früh, das einchecken erst ab 17 uhr im gegenzug sehr spät.

Mitarbeiter freundlich, Zimmer OK, Verpflegung gut Leider hat es Booking versäumt darauf hinzuweisen, dass für die Übernachtung die Mitgliedschaft im DJH erforderlich ist!!!!!!!!
