we got room with two single beds rather than double. dark hallways made it look worse than it is.

I enjoy every thing.

they asked me for paying double breakfast and tickets ( bus, U, S). they soon understood that in booking card there were in breakfast and that I had paid tickets the day before.

Very close to the city centre, so no hassle to get on with the sightseeing, very friendly and helpful staff and the room was really clean!

The beds were a little bit too solid, but apart from that, no complaints at all!

I like the staff and their friendliness . they give me some good advices during my stay on where to go and what to do . I like the fact that the place is quite and private , and also in a very good location . thanks very much. i surly recommend your place to others who wish to travel to Berlin

Honestly i'm trying and can't find anything that I didn't like.

It was perfect! Great value and very secure! I was very happy with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location - close to metro and there are many good places to eat. Comfortable room for very reasonable price. Tea, coffee, cookies in free of charge.

Breakfast was poor for 8 euros. I had it once just to check and next day, went to Kaiser's (just 5-min. walk) and bought everything what I wanted.

The beds were a little on the hard side, but I guess thats personal preference - I prefer softer beds.

Showers could have better design

The hotel is perfectly situated in Fridrichshein, next to many public transportation stations (Frankfurter Tor on the U5, S-Bahnhof Warschauer Strasse and the M10 tram). The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good.

Staff had a loud conversation outside my room on Sunday morning. Berlin is not a place for Sunday mornings!

Very friendly staff, great location, high-speed internet connection accessible from everywhere in the hotel. The room was very clean. Very good for the price we paid.

There was some kind of construction work in the yard our windows went into, going on from about 7 to 8 am, which made sleeping in the late morning hours a bit difficult, but it is likely a temporary problem.

Was clean, cheap and not far from the citycenter. There are clean towels. I recommend it.

If you're a light sleeper like me and staying in the comfort single room in the 2nd floor, you might wish that your room had a better sound isolation especially in the mornings.

Staff weren't always the friendliest...

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They have free coffee and tea in the lobby and you feel at home when you stay here. Will stay again upon my return to Berlin. Central location, clean rooms and comfortable bed.

Everyone in the staff is so helpfull and you can really count on them in whatever you need. Juncker's is situated in a very interesting neighbourhood with lot's of bars and restaurants. I did not try the breakfast but from what I could gather it seemed good enough. Also they have free coffee and tea all day (until 21h00) in the reception for everyone.

Since I arrived a little bit early (around 11h30) my room had not been cleaned and that was a little bit disapointing although they were quick enough to solve the issue. Also since my bathroom was outside the room, in the hallway, it was a little bit annoying, but if you are staying 3 days like I did, you can manage that.

Very nice staff. You can rent a bike from the hotel. It is situated in a quiet area in the middle of a very busy area. When you come home from all the noise in town, it is really nice.

The breakfast is boring. But you can find breakfast nearby.

Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Expected a cooked breakfast for 8 Euros but got a strange breakfast of slices of meat and cheese with a couple of lettuce leaves. There was cereal, boiled eggs and yoghurt as well but the standard fare was this platter of sliced meats. Next time I would go out and have breakfast for 8 Euros. No central place to meet in the evening after being out for a meal or somewhere to sit and chat. The reception area closes at ten and you can only go to your room.

Good value, friendly & english speaking Staff, extensivenice Cof Breakfast choice & nice Coffee available when ever one chooses without extra charge. Excellent Wifi connection. The first Hotel that ever cooked an Egg just right instead of being over cooked.

Can be a little noisy because of some Bistro Patrons as I was at rear of this Building. Closing the Window helped a lot as they are double Glassed. All in all a good stay at this Hotel.

I have been to Berlin many times but never in the east. It is a little goldmine full of great bars, small squares and some of the best out & indoor clubs in Berlin. Junckers is perfectly positioned to take advantage of that. However, for young travellers I would still stay closer to the city.

The twin option is 2 singles pushed together with an awkward middle. The floors were dirty & our room (including sheets. Shower etc) was not cleaned in 3 days while staying there (except we received new shampoos/towels every day). The staff were nice, typical east german.
