De ontvangst was netjes. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.. Tegenover de metro en dichtbij de snelwegen.. Kamers waren netjes en werden dagelijks weer netjes gemaakt. Leuk en behulpzaam personeel. Dicht in de buurt van conferentiezalen en gezellige barretjes. Centrum is lopend te doen of met taxi en metro tegen betaalbare prijs

Das Zimmer war sauber; wenn auch klein, es war alles da, was man während einer kurzen Reise braucht; das Bett war bequem, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksraum war nett und der Frühstück sehr vielfältig und schmackhaft. Das Preis/Nutzen Verhältnis war o.k. Die Lage ist optimal, 100 m zu Rüttenscheider Str mit allen Geschäfte und Locals, und mit Auto ca 5 min zu CC West, Die U-Bahn hält Paar Meter davon entfernt an. Wenn man als Frau alleine reist, durchaus optimal. Auch das etwa familiärer Charkter des Hotels gefiel mir. Wenn auch ich ein Zimmer auf der ruhigen Seite des Hotels hatte, musste ich nachts das Zimmerfenster zulassen, da Jugentluche in den späten Nachtsstunden sehr laut direkt unter dem Fenster waren

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöner Frühsticksraum. Das Bad war sauber aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Nicht alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert ( das Fenster, Seifespender ) Die Zimmertüren sehen nicht besonders gut aus.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage Top: Das Hotel liegt im Stadtviertel Rüttenscheid, gleich an der Rüttenscheider Straße wo sich nette Restaurants befinden. Zur Messe sind es ca. 7min zu Fuß, 3 Stationen vom HBF mit der U-Bahn entfernt. Alles war bestens, nur eine kleines Minus: Im Zimmer hat außerhalb des Badezimmers ein großer Spiegel gefehlt.

Das Einchecken ging problemlos vovstatten. Wir fanden ein funktionelles, sauberes Zimmer mit einem gepflegten Dusch/WC vor. Das Wasser war sofort schön heiß. Erfreulich war für mich, daß wir die Fenster groß öffnen konnten und der Straßenlärm nicht störte. Die Parkplätze waren am Wochenende kostenfrei. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Fazit: Empfehlendswert

Sehr hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Renovierte Zimmer sehr gut fuer ein solches Preisniveau. Gute Lage direkt neben angenehmer Strasse mit Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten und Gastronomie, U-Bahn vor dem Hotel.

super freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter, Frühstück umfangreich und liebenswerte Bedienung, Panorama-Frühstücksraum, nettes Zimmer, konnte mein Gepäck am Abreisetag noch in Verwahrung lassen. in der Nacht gab es mal ziemlich viel lautes Gerede auf der Straße, aber da Großstadt wohl normal. Die Fenster waren glücklicherweise schalldicht.

Das Eingehen auf verspätetes Einchecken mittel Schlüssel im Umschlag und der freundliche Hausmeister (?), dem ich rund um den Frühstücksvorgang 3 x begegnet bin. Schöne, neue Waschbecken-Ecke mit großem Spiegel und guter Beleuchtung Keine Minibar/Getränke auf dem Zimmer und kein Fön im Bad.

ホテルのロケーションは良く、交通手段の利用にも非常に便利な場所でした。外見は古いですが、部屋は非常に- 明るくきれいで、シャワールームも非常に清潔でした。スタッフはみんな親切かつフレンドリーでした。朝食も- おいしかったです。 唯一残念だったのが、部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったことです。
