It is conveniently located at 5 minutes walking to the main train station and 3 minutes walking from the train station taking to the airport. It is modern and comfortable.

I liked that the hotel was very closed to the center of the city. The rooms were nice and clean. Friendly service at check in and check out. I thought that the breakfast was too expensive!

Die sehr nette Begrüßung und nette Bedienung im Restaurant. Daß das Angebot nicht mit dem Preis übereinstimmte. Das Frühstück war nicht enthalten, ging bei der Buchung aber so nicht draus hervor. Sehr schön umschrieben vom Anbieter. Unter dem Preisangebot stand nicht drin, daß das Frühstück eine extra Leistung ist. Unter Mahlzeiten ist dann aufgeführt, daß das Frühstück 12,00 Euro kostet, warum hat man dann nicht noch auf das Restaurant hingewiesen fürs Abendessen. So ist der Anschein, "aha, Frühstück für 12,00 Euro" - völlig klar, daß es dazugehört, da oben auch nicht als Extraleistung angegeben. - gemein, so hätte ich auch andere Hotels für den Preis als Angebot bekommen, auch war der Preis nicht günstiger, als wenn man direkt dort vor der Tür gestanden hätte. Ich werde über "booking" nicht mehr buchen, Sie müssen da schon konkreter sein in Ihren Preisangeboten, was woanders selbstverständlich ist, lassen Sie weg und lassen es als Schnäppchen erscheinen. Vielen Dank. Es kostete uns 48,00 Euro mehr als geplant.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, schmackhaftes Essen im Restaurant, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, sehr saubere Zimmer, empfehlenswert Die Ausschilderung zum Parkhaus könnte besser sein.

Nettes ambiente. Nettes Personal. Sehr gute Lage nur 5 min zum Hbf. Von dem ständig s-bahn u.s.w. abfahren um in die Stadt oder die reeperbahn zu kommen. Gutes frühstück, mit allem was man für ein gemütliches frühstück benötigt. In unserem Zimmer war es sehr leise.... lag zum Innenhof. Teppich in den zimmern waren schon sehr benutzt und haben schon bleibende spuren. Sonst aber alles sauber...

Gibts nicht viel zu berichten für zwei Nächte...ein normales 3-Sterne-Hotel. Die Dusche war nicht so der Hit, etwas ungepflegt...Teppichboden war dreckig im Zimmer.

Die Lage und das Personal war auch sehr nett Das Zimmer wurde am ersten Tag erst nach Aufforderung gemacht , war in sehr vielen Hotels, so was hab ich noch nicht erlebt

Dusche und Toilette sind in in Zimmer getrennt. Trotz der Lage an einer Hauptstr. war es sehr ruhig in dem Zimmer. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und laut! Die Fugen in der Dusche müsse gesäubert werden.

Die moderne Ausstattung, die nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, das Essen im Essraum. Das Frühstück ist gut, ( ist ja auch kein schlechter Preis ), allerdings müßte das Obst früher aus der Kühlung raus, damit sich das Aroma besser entfalten kann, ansonsten schmeckt es nämlich nach nichts.

Das Frühstück war lecker und bot genug Ausahl.. Zimmer roch nicht gut! Etas schade. Fühlt man sich nicht so wohl. War zwar ein Nichtraucherzimmer allerdings muffte es. Waren wohl die Polster und die Gardinen. Vielleicht ehemals Raucherzimmer?

rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli, ystävällinen ja hyvin palveleva henkilökunta, laukun pystyi jättämään hotelliin lähtöpäivän ajaksi Olisi voinut sijaita lähempänä raatihuoneentoria/St.Paulia - tosin lähellä oli metro, jolla pääsi myös kätevästi joka paikkaan. Internet-yhteys voisi olla myös huoneissa.

Schöne moderne, junge Einrichtung, was für Leute, die ein bisschen wert darauf legen, individuell zu wohnen und trotzdem sehr kinderfreundlich, preislich völlig in Ordnung Wer laute Straßen nicht haben kann und deshalb schlecht schläft, für den ist das Hotel nichts, oder er muss bei der Anmeldung sagen, dass er hintenraus schlafen will
