Comfortable beds, clean rooms. No air conditioning in room. Nearby railway station with many homeless people and beggars. Didn't make a great introduction.

Nice staff and nice room. The breakfast is very good. Near the u-bahn and about 10 minutes walk to the mainstation and to the shoppingarea. If you go to the u-bahn stop Berliner Zoo near the hotel you have a direct line to Hagenbeck zoo, the zoo is worth a visit. There are not much in the area were the hotel s, however is just a short walk to get to the center of the city.

15 min.walk from the city centre. Childrens' playroom. Firm matresses. We booked a family room, which turned out to be the size of a standard double room, I.e with no room for the kids to play. Not what we had expected. The two extra beds were collapsable overhead bunk beds mounted right above the double bed. These bunks had no railings and were useless for small kids. Instead we had to put the matress on the floor. Also, they had no padding on the raw edges and corners. Of course I walked right into it on the first morning and sustained quite the swelling in my forehead as well as scratches on my nose (still showing after a week) Great way to start a vacation!

Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit Frühstück für das Geld frühstückt es sich wesentlich besser im Alex. Frühstücksbüffet ziemlich spärlich u immer hat irgendwas gefehlt von Schüsseln fürs Joghurt bis hin zur Wurst. Wurde schlecht aufgefüllt.

Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal. Spielzimmer für Kinder. Vorhänge hatten Löcher (bereits vor zwei Jahren bei erstem Besuch). Geringfügige Schimmelspuren in der Dusche. Gebuchtes Zimmer eher beengt.

saubere Zimmer nettes Personal getrennte Badezimmer (eins mit Dusche eins mit Toilette) sehr kleine Badezimmer direkt am Bahnhof aber leider ist das in Hamburg nicht der Stadtkern (allerdings ist von dort alles super zu erreichen, also Nörgeln auf sehr hohem Niveau:-)

Das gute Abendessen im Essraum-Restaurant und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, die Tiefgarage und die nähe zur Innenstadt und der U-Bahnstation. Das Mehrbettzimmer ist praktisch und gut aufgeteilt. Das Bad ist schon recht klein, wird aber ein wenig durch das separate WC mit Waschbecken kompensiert.

Meine Kinder fühlten sich zuhause. Die Ausstattung im Spielzimmer war etwas dürftig und ich hatte mir mehr darunter vorgestellt. Meine Kinder hat das nicht gestört.
