Hotel Kaiser    

Location is fantastic. Stuff look like friendly way. Easy to get transportation. Easy to make shopping.

The location of the hotel was good, near a metro station, we could go to ICC center on feet; Great accomodations and great room with good light and lots of space

the internet didn't worked; the breakfast was a little bit poor, we didn't had natural fruit to eat; some of the employes were not very friendly

When Ifinally understood the transport map, it turned out a good location for my meeting at ICC. The breakfast was fine.

The room I got, double, special conditions was not too comfy.

Friendly staff. All you need from a 3 star hotel. Close to metro which offers you easy city access.

Everything about it was fine.

All necessary in pretty good balance. Spacy room, bathroom with a tub and long time span of the more than sufficent breakfast. Location was perfect for my purposes and even the price of a double room for one was very reasonable. Service was kind - no need to ask anything twice.

Nothing in particular. I wasn't looking for luxury and I got what I needed - a cosy place to stay one week.

You need to leave the key at reception when you go out. On a Sunday after midnight there was no one at reception, but I managed to get in...

Service, staff friendliness, breakfast selection.

Excellent location (metro station Sophie-Charlotte Plz. Line u2 near 100 m), somewhat monotonous but hearty breakfasts. The friendly and helpful staff (russian-speaking), free in-room wlan.

The absence of air conditioning. In hot weather you must to choose between stuffiness in the room and the noise of the busy street.

We went to an exhibition at Funkturm which was only 10 minutes walk from the hotel.The metro station it is 2 minutes far also.The surround of the hotel is secure with lots of caffée houses and beer bars. We did not spend too much time in the hotel but when we asked something the hotel staff was kind and helpful.The room cleaning service is very good.I Liked the breakfast room, it's not big but feeling is like at home and the selection of the food is ok.We enjoyed our staying there.

It can be hot in the room in summer without aircondition. The room safe did not work or just we were not smart enough.

Despite the strange entrance ( through a normal door into an apartment building, then into a lift to the 6th floor) which to be fair gives a bad impression. The rooms where clean and comfortable for my needs

I booked the hotel specifically Afro it's location to tengo airport. How ever despite its boast. , when I asked at reception for the best public transport option to the airport I was told ..... Taxi To be Gaia the taxi was there in seconds and due to the good rates in Berlin , it only cost around 10 euros

From the smiling welcome at reception desk till the provisioning of various items that we needed during our stay at hotel (E.G. converter power plugs, etc) - everything was dealt with in a friendly manner. Despite that English is second language of our hosts, they never let this language barrier become a hurdle between our communication. The hotel is conveniently located near Sophie Charlote Platz, a tube-station on 'central line' (though they call it U2), and hence site seeing down town is quite comfortable. You can travel all the way to city-center and then start exploring the historical Berlin. Morning breakfast was yet another instance where one comes across the Kaiser-Hospitality. Healthy items to keep you going all day long. I can write more but to conclude, let me add that we liked the hotel to an extent that we have booked same facility again after first trip. People looking for great value-for-money must not miss this!

Hotel haven't air conditioner.

The location of the Kaiser puts you close to the public transportation system of Berlin. We were comfortable to come back to the hotel any time of the day or night. The rooms were a reasonable size and basic shower items are provide (shampoo and body wash ) and a hair dryer. The breakfast is basic.

Noise for other parts of the hotel carry into the rooms. Be prepared to wake up when everyone else gets up in the morning. Our stay was in the spring, and the room was very warm. Our room did not look anything like the photos of the rooms on their website. Show what is really available, people would rather know what they are getting.

The Hotel Kaiser is in a good location to use the public transportation system of Berlin. You can reach Tegel airport by the bus system or a taxi will come to the hotel . The breakfast buffet is basic. Our room did not look like any of the the rooms pictured on their web site. But, it was comfortable. Basic bathroom supplies where included with the room (shampoo and body wash) and a hairdryer.

Plan to wake up when the other guest start moving around, the sounds from other floors and rooms will be loud enough to wake you .

I've been staying there for the second time. This is very calm and nice hotel. I like location of this hotel: it is quite near a lovely park and not far from Charlottenburg - and I like nature.

De bereikbaarheid is uitstekend, gratis parkeren voor de deur, goed ontbijt, ruime kamer, behulpzaam personeel, metrostation dichtbij.

Het hotel staat aan een erg drukke straat, relatief veel verkeerslawaai 's avonds en 's nachts, hier moet je wel tegen kunnen.

Grote kamer, goed verzorgd ontbijt,klantvriendelijk personeel,de prijs, 24/7 receptie aanwezig,gratis wifi,dichtbij metro.
