Es un hotel familiar, muy limpio, habitaciones muy amplias. Bien comunicado, cerca del metro. Personal amable y muy buena relación calidad/ precio. La primera impresión que da cuando llegas no es demasiado buena. Simplemente hay un pequeño cartel luminoso, el portal es antiguo, y el hotel se encuentra en la última planta del edificio con ascensor propio. |

perfecta relacion calidad precio. Aunque no esta en el centro, hay linea directa de metro a menos de dos minutos andando. Perfecto para los que van a asistir a la feria ICC. Habitaciones amplias, estilo aleman, con detalles. Desayuno correctisimo!. Volveremos |

Hotel discreto y familiar, fuera de los circuitos de turistas habituales. Quizás por las fechas, el precio fue exagerado para Berlín.Además, en mi reserva aparecía como pagado cuando en realidad debería haber dicho "reserva no reembolsable". Seguramente, es problema del sistema de reservas, de la traducción o de leer todo tres veces, no del hotel. |

The proxcimity to transportation and the helpfulness of the staff. It is a very comfortable and affordable hotel kept well and the breakfast included in room pricing is a plus. One small thing was there was only a hand held shower with no on wall clip to hold it up high enhough to use as a wall shower. It was not a mojor inconvienience but could be improved. |

One of the ladies on reception (Paulie) was absolutely wonderful - she gave us loads of great advice about good places to go and how to get there and was really useful in helping us out with requests. She really made all the difference to our stay. |

Free Wi-Fi, Relatively low rates I asked them for a late checkout and they said it's OK. I specifically asked if I would be extra charged and they said no extra charge is required. When I checked out they denied making this conversation and charged me for an extra day (reduced to 60% after arguing). |

Good value based on availability during a major show at the nearby Berlin Messe. Room was large, clean and confortable. Restaurant next door is fine - it was nice to chill out having supper outdoors. Hard to find. Taxi driver wouldn't cross to the correct side of the road and the entrance isn't obvious....walked around the block before finding it. Rooms facing main road get hot & there's no air-con. Ran the fan all night in (a warm) Sept. |

this small, basic hotel is just a two-min walk away from an U-bahn station (subway). most of the receptionists speak english though one of them dont.but she understands simple requests like help needed for calling a taxi. btw, the hotel doesnt occupy the entire building but two floors of a residential building, but its a safe one. and i also like the italian restaurant next door very much. rather than something i dont like, i would say this is a note to travellers who are used to bigger hotels. as its a small hotel, u are not going to get the maintenance guy to do any technical 'fix' during the weekends. for instance, the light bulb in my room went out one saturday; its changed on monday when the maintenance guy came in. i dont think it caused me much inconvenience, but for those who expect immediate maintenance service, u need to take this into consideration. |

The room was fine, clean and enough room; breakfast was very good; staff was courteous and helpful; location was very good. Everything was fine. The entrance is a little difficult, as the reception is up on the upper floors, and coming in the main door is awkward if you have any number of suitcases. But that's a minor problem. |
