The staff was very friendly and the hotel was cozy.

The hotel could use some minor repairs here and there.

Family run hotel with excellent rooms on the top floor. Fantastic breakfast; fruit salad highly recommended!

Standard rooms are in need of refurbishment and to be fair the Kaisers are planning for this to happen. These rooms are currently small, some with the shower cubicle in the bed area as opposed to the bathroom. I have no doubt these rooms will be completed to a excellent standard.

It was near the bus station and easy to go downtown.

We had no air conditioning the first night and the other nights the owner gave us another room to accomodate us but the air conditioner was not working well. Also, the spa was not working. We had to pay cash also.

The hotel staffs were really friendly.

Internet connection was only available in the lobby. Bar and Sauna were closed.

Our room was teribly small - we saw some other rooms with their doors open, and we definately got the short straw!! I feel we have paid too much for what we have received - very dissapointed. And they do not take creditcards, we had to go and draw all the cash in one go to pay for the room! Never knew there were hotels still out there that does not accept visa!?

Close to E-Werk concert venue. Very decent breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and location was the most convenient for access to airport, Messe and Dom, in 20+ years of visiting Cologne. I stayed at this hotel because my colleagues had already selected it from the internet. I personally had not read any guest reviews before my stay.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment, but they had not yet reached the third floor where my room was located. The carpet in my room should be pulled up & burned; it was disgraceful. Otherwise, the general cleanliness of the room & bathroom was fine. However, the price for that particular room for single occupation was extortionate !!

It is a cosy hotel with good location (just 5 minutes walk from Wiener Platz metro stop, the metro travels about 10 minutes to Dom). The room was comfortable and clean. There were wireless internet and parking for our car. The service was very good, the hosts were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing:)

The breakfast was great. The staff helped with directions. The bedding was clean and the towels clean.

The room was supposed to be a lot bigger according to the website but was actually very small. The carpet was covered with rugs and was quite dirty. I was told that because I booked a smoking room it would be like this, if I wanted a nicer room then it had to be non smoking. Perhaps that should be on the website. I was given no discount even though I paid for a totally different room.
