All good, pleasant room,nice breakfast Slight mix-up with sending us to a single room but then given three choices of an alternate double room. Parking could have been a problem, luckily there was a space infront of the hotel in the street. |

Nice, clean, confortable & good breakfast. ** The cracking of the wooden floor (I thought I was making noise for the rest of the people at night when attending to nature . :-). ** The room could be a bit bigger. |

Curtesy, cleanliness, ambience. By extending my stay with an extra day I was given a higher rate compared to the first night: it was disappointing. In addition, I had no answer to my email asking for extending my stay. Free wireless internet would be also appreciated. |

The description on the website was deceptive. I requested for a double room - got a twin room - 2 single beds instead. The elevator of the lift did not function. Mini bar only had some beverages. No possibility of getting even a bar of chocolate from the hotel! Really cannot be classified as a 4 star! |

The hotel was very easy to reach, I mean there were 2 bus stops very near to that. The other good thing about it was its secureness. The reception was 24 hour active and they were careful about the strangers. |

Wonderful breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Apprecited the quiet room. Nice to have a thin duvet - in most hotels I am far too hot in bed. The pillow took some getting used to. It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. |

Sauber und ordentlich, günstig, gute Lage, Portier am Morgen Portier am Abend, Ankunft knapp nach Mitternacht nach 9-stündiger anstrengender Autofahrt -> kein Parkplatz in der Garage frei, Abend-Portier wollte mich mit dem Park-Problem alleine lassen! Erst nach einer anstrengenden Diskussion konnte ich mein Auto in der Garage des Nachbarhotels abstellen. Das hat mich Zeit und Nerven gekostet. |

Räume sind schön gestaltet , eingerichtet und sauber. Zimmer Nr. 13 klein und eng, ein Stuhl! Lage zur Straße laut, vor allem morgens. Frühstücksbüfett wirkte um 9 Uhr schon etwas "abgegessen". |

Die Architektur und authentische Atmosphäre - ein schönes altes Hotel mit Zimmern in denen man sich wohlfühlt, Möblierung im alten Stil. Besser als die sterilen "Schuhkartons" in den großen Hotelketten. Frühstücksraum (könnte neue Tapete vertragen) |

Que el hotel está muy céntrico. Todo lo interesante de la ciudad está cerca. El buffet del desayuno es muy completo y bueno. Al llegar, en la nevera habían botellas abiertas y a medio beber. La habitación no estaba bien limpia (había ropa interior en el armario y pañuelos de papel debajo de la cama). La decoración es un poco "kitsch". |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer stand eine Flasche Mineralwasser , ebenso in der (sehr schönen) Eingangshalle (dort zusätzlich auch noch Äpfel). Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Gegen einen entsprechenden Aufpreis konnte auch meine in Bonn wohnende Tochter dort frühstücken. Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig - aber ruhig - am Rande der Bonner Altstadt. Im Zimmer hat eine Lese- oder Nachttischlampe gefehlt, sodass man auch zum Lesen das Deckenlicht einschalten mußte. |

Das Hotelpersonal hat auf uns einen kompetenten und freunddlichen Eindruck gemacht. Die Lage des Hotels war für eine Städtetour sehr gut.Der Badbereich im Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechselungsreif und reichhaltig. Die Betten machen einen überalteten Eindruck. |

Min kæreste og jeg var meget glade for at bo på Kaiser Karl. Stilen på hotellet er forholdsvis gammeldags og pompøs, hvilket vi synes var lidt fantastisk. Hotellet skulle renoveres under vores ophold, personalet på Kaiser Karl havde informeret os om dette, og tilbød os, at booke andet hotel til den resterende tid af vores ophold, hvilket vi takke, ja, til. Alt i alt en ganske behagelig oplevelse. |
