Hotel staff is nice and the breakfast is good.

Hotel needs to be updated; carpet in the rooms is worn out, chips in the formica in the bathroom and some things didn't work.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice with the buffet (white sausages and bread were particularly nice) every morning. When I asked for tea after meal, the staff prepared me tea in a pot to enjoy in the little garden-which was quite refreshing. The chocolate on the bed made me smile. A bottle of sparkling bottle is on the house. All and all, I enjoyed the week-long stay with the nice and friendly staffs. It is a short (5-10 min. walk) to both Bonn West Station and Stad Haus Station. 15-20 min. walk to the Markt or the central Bonn shopping/sightseeing area. Approximately 10 Euro from Bonn Central Station by Taxi. So the location was also good.

We did have some problem with getting the iron and iron board- they were all used by other guests. But the hotel staffs were helpful in trying to have the iron and iron board ready for us. I guess this is a common knowledge to frequent travellers to Europe, but the hotel only provides body shower gel and a soap. Make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner (the stores around the hotel closes early so getting it past 6 or 7 pm may be a little difficult). Sometime the internet connection was weak in the room but with mostly no problem in the lobby.

Tolles Frühstück, große Auswahl und alles immer nachgelegt, auch für Spätaufsteher.

Zimmer war klein, wenig Stauraum für Kleidung und Koffer

Hotel de style ancien avec le confort moderne de qualité. Entretien et propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est charmant et attentif. Hotel de qualité suppérieure pour un prix très attractif.

Um in die Duschkabine steigen zu können, sollte man eher über die (Aus-)Maße einer trainierten Gazelle verfügen. Die Matratze sollte nicht so dünn und weich sein (erinnert eher an Jugendherberge).

O hotel informa a disponibilidade de internet gratuita, mas na verdade o sinal não chega à maioria dos quartos, sendo necessário se deslocar ao lobby para acessar a rede.
