Personale disponibile Eccessivamente costoso per un quattro stelle che in realta non ne merita piu di due.stanza praticamente priva di confort e arredamento veccchio,letti con materassi scomodi e cigolanti, tutto il personale parla solo esclusivamente tedesco,cibo ristorante assolutamente non fresco. é un hotel di scarso livello

Die Werbebilder wecken ganz andere Erwartungen. Vermutlich haetten wir ein weniger enttäuschtes Bild gehabt, wenn Erwartung und Realität bärget beieinander stuenden. Eine Bemaengelung, dass in meiner Suppe Papierschnipsel gefunden wurden, beantwortete die Kellnerin mit " Moechten Sie eine Entschaedigung von uns". Was soll ich denn darauf antworten? Das waere mir doch noch peinlicher gewesen. Besser waere vielleicht, von selbst was anzubieten.

Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder sicher in der Tiefgarage unterzubringen. Hier stehen einige Fahrradständer zur Verfügung. Die Lage liegt mitten im Zentrum an einer befahrenen Straße. Dadurch ist es bei geöffneten Zimmerfenstern etwas lauter.

Nette Mitarbeiter/innen, angemessener Service, gutes Frühstück, kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Das Bett knarzte bei jedem umdrehen ganz abscheulich und raubte mir somit den Schlaf. Es hatte ein starres Holzbrett anstatt einen Lattenrost unter der Matratze. Die Klimaanlage war insuffizient (anstatt Kühlung nur lauwarme Umluft). Sehr teures WLAN. Insgesamt kein echter Vier Sterne Standard.

Very good price/quality. Situated in the center of the town. Very good isolation; no problem of noice. In the information was mentioned that a sauna was included. In reality, it costed 5 eur and had to be taken for at least 2 persons. The Internet via 'the cloud' was very complicated to use.

Wir übernachteten mit unserer Enkelin 1x auf der Fahrt zur Ostsee. Das Frühstücksangebot war hervorragend! Nach Reklamation wurde der verstopfte Waschbeckenabfluß in Ordnung gebracht.
