The Kaiser Hoff Hotel is well situated a few minutes’ walk from the centre of beautiful Goslar on the edge of the Harz. All the staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Whilst basic, the rooms were clean and perfect for our weeks’ stay over Christmas.

Whilst breakfast was great, there was no bar or restaurant for evening meals. However, Goslar offers many restaurants and bars.

The Hotel is close to the town center and railway station and very easy to find. Car parking is no problem. The Hotel is very clean and tidy, the room we had was beautifully furnished with a large new bathroom. The hotel staff were friendy and very professional. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. We hope to go back again. Sigrid and Martin Burrows.

Good location between rail station and town centre. Staff is helpful in helping uplift the luggage upstairs as no lift. Good breakfast.

We were very happy with the hotel. It was very clean and had all the facilities were expected. The staff were very welcoming and friendly even though we don't speak German, everyone made an effort to communicate with us which makes a huge difference.

We thought the hotel was lovely except in our bedroom (room 22) the only mirror was in the bathroom. There is plenty of wall space in the room for another mirror and a long one would be great as there is no real way to see what you look like when you are ready to go out at night. The only other thing was it was very warm. A fan or a sheet in a cupboard for the bed would be good.

Kaiserhof, was one of the only Hotels in Goslar offering Quad rooms. We were travelling with two kids (ages 9 and11). Room was not cramped. Walking distances to train station and to town center. Breakfast was good, but nothing to rave about.

The hotel staff was friendly (although we barely spoke Deutsch), even carrying our bags upstairs and doing our laundry for us! Our room was simple with nice tall windows, and the bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good selection, and the dining room was nice and light. The location in beautiful Goslar was perfect, and we walked everywhere easily, even the train station. Nice little grocery store and Greek restaurant are both within a block.

The beds were a bit firm, and really need mattress pads. Be prepared to fumble with the door locks, although that just made us laugh!

Wonderful experience in this cozy hotel, staff were really nice and helpful. Istallations are newly renewed, everything super-clean. Located close to the city centre. Breakfast was really good, in a real german style. I really recommend it.

Im Bett ist ein Matratzenschoner aus Kunststoff (wasserdicht) eingebaut. Das ergibt miserablen Schlafkomfort. Eine Unsitte, die leider unabhängig von der Zahl der Sterne umsich greift!

Beim Auschecken hat das Hotel meine Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert und wollte eine Bezahlung mit der EC-Karte.

En service langt ud over det sædvanlige. Vi for på et tidspunkt vild i Goslar, men værten kørte os sikkert hjem - uden beregning naturligvis. Gode parkeringsforhold - gratis.

Intrt - vi var yderst tilfredse.

Großzügiger, neuer Innenausbau, besonders schönes Bad, sehr ruhiges, helles Dachzimmer mit weitem Blick, tadelloses Frühstück

Bequeme Treppe, aber kein Lift, kann trotz großer Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals für Gehbehinderte etwas problematisch sein. Die Zimmereinrichtung wünschte man sich ein bißchen gemütlicher, aber das Entscheidende, das Bett, war perfekt.

Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Familjärt och fräscht hotell. Stort härligt rum med sköna sängar. Bra frukost. Goda parkeringsmöjligheter. Lugnt och centralt läge. Tyst på natten. Några minuters promenad till centrum av Goslar. Bra läge för utflykter i Harz.

Personal war einfach super und hilfsbereit

Goed was de ligging tov het centrum Kamer was ruim en comfortabel, zo ook de badkamer. Ontbijt was meer dan voortreffelijk. Zeer ruime keuze, netjes, heerlijk, vers, etc. Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk.

Geen wifi op de kamer. Alleen beneden in het hotel. Restaurant was gesloten op zondag. Echter op ons verzoek werd speciaal kop koffie gezet.

Goeie parkeergelegenheid, motor achter het hek. Mooi luxe hotel, nieuw verbouwd, prima bedden, goed ontbijt, gastvriendelijk !!

Te krappe kamer, te efficiënt met de ruimte omgegaan.
