Mercure Hotel Kaiserhof City Center  

Rispetto alla prenotazione la stanza era molto diversa.

Hotel vicino alla stazione e alla fermata dei bus che arrivano dall'aeroporto di HANN, anche se vicino al quartiere a luci rosse la zona è tranquilla e comoda per visitare il centro

Good location, close to the main train station and the city centre (both within walking distance) the hotel is very close to the red light area, but not in it, so the street in front of the hotel is safer and more quiet quite big room and big bathroom, minibar, tv, hair dryer the hotel provides a "full bathroom set" : towels, bathrobe, slippers, soaps, shampoo very comfortable room !!

Breakfast was priced 15 €, definitely too expensive, especially when u have cheap bars in the very nearby... Nothing negative about the room

The staff was great and were really very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean eventhough it was a tripple room, we felt like having plenty of space.

Not much facilities, no bar, no pool, nothing but an internet desk and a massage chair.

I had booked 2 rooms and paid them in advance 3 weeks before our arrivals when we learnt that the hotel was overbooked and one of us had to go to another Mercure hotel! not good...

Good location, close to U-bahn and Hauptbahnhof, 5 min to Exhibition Center.

Very small and crowded breakfastroom. Even difficult to find a seat :(, but breakfast ok.

Very noisy---new construction going on next door. Furniture was actually shaking. Stayed on eve of 10/31---street and cafe noise all night long. Staff did not provide clear instructions on getting to city center --- mapped out from their perspective behind desk and therefore landed in seedy neighborhood and then realized directions were reversed. Hotel staff should be prepared to map from guest's perspective.

The staff were very courteous, helpful and polite. The internet is very good as you get 24 hours usage spread over 3 days - hence you only pay once and not 3 times - an excellent idea!

It was not clear when I booked where the Hotel was, exactly. Being close to the train station was good, but there was no mention of also being in the heart of the sleazy side of Town.....and if you are travelling with family that could be undesirable.

I liked the manager who was very helpful, personable and professional in every regard, including leaving luggage in locker until room was ready. I enjoyed the beautiful breakfast. I appreciated the advice about local attractions, including the map of the interesting nearby sites.

Foi o atendimento por parte da recepção. Excelente atendimento com resoluçao dos problemas apresentados imediatamente. Com destaque para a Ines e a Ushia.

No primeiro dia foi a roupa de cama que estava furada com ponta de cigarro. Depois as toalhas de banho que se encontravam esgarçadas nas pontas. Um tipo de pano que nós usamos em nossa casa para limpar o chão. Não se justifica. Reclamamos e a Ushia nos deu razão e nos ofereceu um upgrade o que foi muito bom. Gostamos muito da atençao recebido pelo hotel, mas sinceramente a administração deve providenciar a troca das toalhas de banho que estão em péssimo estado de conservação.

Las instalaciones, la ubicacion, la tranquilidad, definitivamente definene en buena forma una buena relacion calidad/precio.

La atencion no es la mejor, quizas algo fribola, pero seguro es efectiva.

Herausragend waren die Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft der Rezeption und des Frühstückservices.
