Propreté de la chambre, système de la carte, le fait d'être libre et calme Pour info : dans les chambres à doubles lits il y avait qu'une boisson dans le frigo. Sinon rien à signaler |

Je n'ai pas apprécié d'avoir le sentiment de ma faire arnaquer, c'est le mot.vous feriez mieux de tester les hôtels que vous recommandez. Je ne reserverai plsu via votre site.j'ai du payer la chambre à mon arrivée et réclamer à plusieurs reprises la facture. |

rooms were very modern and clean.very close to city centre but there was no noise.A great base for exploring.considering the 2 staff,s english was poor,they were very helpful and polite breakfast was not worth £12. no bar or restaurant as advertised.no tea or coffee making facilities. |

the only things that this place has going for it is its close to the messe and it is very clean however 12 euro for breakfast after paying what i did to stay there is not on the room is too close to the stairs doors banging all night the safe in the room didnt work the handle on the door of the room fell off ,the towels were not good and very few aswell also the pillow was terible {1 pillow } |

To be nee to Frankfurt Fair It is mentioned in your list that the Hotel is 4 star. This could not be true. The Hotel is a 3 Star Hotel in best genereous evaluation. |

Disorganized, gave me unclean (obviously not serviced by staff) room on the first try, on the second it was a room in which someone else was staying, on the third try it worked |

This is the most strange hotel I have ever stayed in Germany. It works since September 2008 and I have a felling people who desided to go into that bussiness have no experience in it. |

The staff of the hotel does not speak German (local language) nor English. One has to insist on getting an invoice, if not you don't get one. |

hinese Receptionist who ytied his best but the service is very poor. The staff is amateur, no cleaning of rooms, no changing of towels, Breakfast very poor See above. Itravel for exhibitions every two weeks and this was my first bad experience in Germany. I do not think I will book from your website any more as you have let me down twice this month. We make over 300 nights booking every year for my staff. I expect a better description and service. |

Das Hotel ist sauber und sehr gut zu erreichen. Das kostenlose WLAN war angenehm schnell. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich mit guten Kaffee. Die Einrichtung ist etwas sehr nüchtern, die lauten Gespräche der Mitarbeiter untereinander beim Frühstück waren sehr störend. |

Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr groß, sauber und gut möbliert mit individuell regelbarer Klimaanlage. Wäscheservice täglich frisch. Insgesamt sehr neu. Keine Lobby, Bar oder Aufenthaltsraum. |
