Kaiserin Hotel Frankfurt City Center

Secondo la mia opinione l'hotel non è al livello delle quattro stelle che gli sono state date e di conseguenza il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente carente.Volevo ricordare che le mie risposte alle domande, esssendo la prima volta che utilizzo booking.com, si basano esclusivamente sul soggiorno in questo hotel.

Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente carente.Le foto pubblicate sul sito non corrispondono alla realtà e solo in loco si percepisce che il prezzo è assolutamente superiore alla qualità.

rooms were very modern and clean.very close to city centre but there was no noise.A great base for exploring.considering the 2 staff,s english was poor,they were very helpful and polite

breakfast was not worth £12. no bar or restaurant as advertised.no tea or coffee making facilities.

To be nee to Frankfurt Fair

It is mentioned in your list that the Hotel is 4 star. This could not be true. The Hotel is a 3 Star Hotel in best genereous evaluation.

Disorganized, gave me unclean (obviously not serviced by staff) room on the first try, on the second it was a room in which someone else was staying, on the third try it worked

This is the most strange hotel I have ever stayed in Germany. It works since September 2008 and I have a felling people who desided to go into that bussiness have no experience in it.

See above. Itravel for exhibitions every two weeks and this was my first bad experience in Germany. I do not think I will book from your website any more as you have let me down twice this month. We make over 300 nights booking every year for my staff. I expect a better description and service.

Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr groß, sauber und gut möbliert mit individuell regelbarer Klimaanlage. Wäscheservice täglich frisch. Insgesamt sehr neu.

Keine Lobby, Bar oder Aufenthaltsraum.
