Positive friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Helpful staff. Staff went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable.

Smoking allowed. This will stop in May this year due to legislation.

All the staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. The room was comfortable and clean warm and the wifi connection was fast. I enjoyed my stay.

It was very homely and the staff were very helpful. In addition you also get free WIFI which was a great bonus being away on business.

Parking isn't all that great. Only free parking between 18 and 8 o clock. Otherwise 50€ cent an hour.

The Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast (which was included) was very good. The room was nice and clean and well decorated, all ameniyies were good.

There is no lift at the hotel, we were on the second floor so it meant a lot of climbing of stairs. Food and a bar are available during the week but both are closed at the weekend, (except for breakfast which is still available). Car parking is limited, there being three dedicated spaces on a nearby car park, and a number of spaces at the front of the hotel all on a first come first served basis. The spaces at the front of the hotel have to be paid for during the day.

we were sorry our stay was while you were partialy shut. As we found it unusual for a hotel to be shut during day and early evening.

The overall architecture is very charming and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the Hotel Kaiserpfalz was particularly friendly and always ready to help whatever the query. We found our rooms to be very adequately comfortable and extremely clean. We also sampled the food from the restaurant at the hotel and enjoyed some local dishes upon recommendation. We would definitely like to stay at this hotel again and would encourage friends to do the same.

It was well located for our needs, the staff were very efficient.

Despite arriving late at night we had no problems with getting our room. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and plentyfull.

We didn't realise that the restaurant and bar were going to be closed over the Easter holiday period.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the lady behind the bar/ waitress Michaela speaks very good English and was very helpful. The food was good with good size portions but the choice was limited. Internet was not very reliable.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, couldnt do enough for you, made it feel like home from home. I was very impressed especially having heard not very complimentary things about german attitude. Its a basic 3 star but the staff make it much more

Its not clear when booking that i'ts bout 3km from the centre, that was disappointing but as I said the staff more thsn made up for it

Dieses Hotel ist echt zum Vergessen, alles sehr alt ich gehe mal davon aus das seit der Eröffnung 1950 sich nichts mehr daran geändert hat. Es gibt keinen Lift zum Zimmer in der 2 Etage, die Zimmer sind mit Teppichen ausgestattet die leider auch schon in die Jahre gekommen sind (was ja eh ein absolutes no go ist Teppiche im Hotelzimmer) Kühlschrank oder Mini Bar sucht man Vergebens in diesem Hotel. Das Schlimmste wahr aber das Badezimmer ein Badewanne OHNE Duschvorhang und die Kacheln oh je Mine. Parkieren ist auch so ne Sache die haben gerade mal 3 Parkplätze zur Verfügung ansonsten muss man Bezahlen. Das einzige Positive wahr das Personal aber dann hast sich auch schon. Ich Nie Mehr

Enkelt at parkere, hurtig indtjekning, fantastisk personale.

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. We hadden geboekt voor een kamer met extra bed voor onze zoon. Kregen een dubbele kamer met aparte slaapruimte en douche. Top!

Die Matratzen waren gut.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Haupverkehrsstraße und es ist extrem laut. glücklicherweise hatte ich ein Zimmer nach hinten wo die Lautsärke erträglich war. Allerdings war dies ein Minizimmer, ohne Kofferablage, ohne Sessel, totaler Platzmangel und für das Geld einfach zu teuer.
