Beautiful building, Great location on the Marktplatz.

Great location. Helpful staff.

On my last day, I left my luggage to pickl up later in the afternoon. I was shocked when I returned to find that the locked room my cases were left in was now unlocked and anyone could have taken my luggage!

The food was excellent, the position was excellent, the comfort was great and the staff were great. Price was also good value for money.

I've seen reviews being grummpy about the parking, which is in a compound just round the corner. To be honest, if you choose to stay in a medieval building situated on a medieval market square, what do you expect! It didn't worry me, and I thought that they had done a good job being able to offer any parking at all!

It was an experience and we would very much like to come back - perhaps for a longer stay.

Years ago, we were there and we liked it very much. There was the "Dukatenkeller", and a very nice restaurant. But now - the food is poor ! Breakfast very, very bad and the coffee undrinkalbe ! When we asked for "Milchkaffee", we had to pay this separately !!! We stayed there for 4 days - and on 2 days, we had breakfast in another location (Henry's restaurant, very good). For sure, Kaiserworth did not give us any money back !! They closed this wonderful area "Dukatenkeller" - it is only open for separate booking events. Also, they bought "Brusttuch" - and the wonderful restaurant there is also closed!!!! So, we will never ever return to Kaiserworth any more

This was definitely one of the finest hotels we have ever visited. The location was the best. Looking at the Brandenburg Gate while relaxing with a beer, was special. The staff was so attentive, hotel is beautiful, food delicious. We had a wonderful time. Would certainly come back. We highly recommend this hotel.

The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and very obliging. An excellent hotel to relax in. The beds were so comfortable and bar facilities were open till the early hours. Excellent for conferences and small party groups.

No gym, sauna or spa and lacked a sofa lounge area, however I still loved my stay in Hotel Kaiseworth and would definately return.

Beliggenhed og maden var ok. Hotellet ser godt ud ude fra.

Interiøret er noget over pyntet. Personalet var ikke uvenlige, men heller ikke særlig imødekomne.

Hotel położony w zabytkowym budynku na samym rynku w Goslar. Pomocna obsługa, z którą można porozumieć się po angielsku. Parking hotelowy na sąsiedniej uliczce zabezpieczony łańcuchem z kłódką:)

sehr gutes Frühstück, schön eingerichtete Zimmer und eine Lage mitten in der Altstadt, eine anheimelnde Weihnachtsdekoration.

Zimmer nur mit Wanne, zusätzliche Dusche wäre schön gewesen.

マルクトの正面にあって、立地は最高。クリスマスマーケットをやっていて、良かった。 　朝食会場が教会のドーム型で雰囲気がとても良く、品数も豊富で二種類のスープやケーキもあって、ゆっくりく- つろげた。

カテゴリー２でトリプルだったが、画像ではゆったりとした部屋のはずが、やっとベッドが入る広さなので、電- 話で「画像と違う。」と文句を言ったところ、カテゴリー４なのでもっと良い部屋とのこと。これは詐欺ではな- いのか。 　バスタブのシャワーの温度調節が水とお湯に分かれていて、やりにくかった。またバスタブの栓を足で踏んで閉- まってしまったので、開けようとしたところ、栓は全く動かず、客室スタッフを電話で呼ぶはめになった 　ロビーが狭くてソファーが二つしかない。

Es ist ein sehr schönes altes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage zum Ortskern.

Frühstück inklusive

Parkplatz ist nicht im Haus, nicht bewacht und ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Hotel war in den späten Abendstunden laut und hellhörig (Getrampel in dem Zimmer über mir). Trotz Buchung eines Komfort-Zimmers war das WC winzig. Auf der Toilette sitzend stieß man sich linksseitig an der Wand, rechtsseitig am kleinen Waschbecken.

un sogno di hotel nella piazza centrale di Goslar !!! le camere sono belle come in altri hotel, ma è il palazzo del 400 con le splendide statue originali sulla facciata a rendere quest'hotel davvero unico. non a caso è considerato uno dei monumenti principali di Goslar, che è una città patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO ed è da visitare assolutamente, dormendo ovviamente al Kaiserworth.....

Som framgår av vära svar fungerade allt utmärkt, läge, personal, bra rum och god mat. Tyvärr som ni sett i vårt meddelande angående Maison Melrose i Vouray fungerade inget. Det fanns ingen personal på plats. När vi äntligen ringde kom ingen på 45 min. Huset var övergivet. Grannarna sade att man var där bara på helgerna. Vi sökte annat logi för natten.

Man sieht wo ein guter Gastronom dahinter steht! Alles bestens

Top Personal, klasse Restaurant, saubere Zimmer, gute Lage.

Badezimmer zu klein (Abstand Toilette-Duschkabine) und zu geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche.

La ubicación, el edificio, la amplitud y confort de la habitación y del cuarto de baño.

Ci è piaciuta la splendida vista dalla camera sulla piazza principale. Il fatto che sia un edificio storico e bellissimo e con un confort adeguato alla categoria. Personale molto gentile. Ottima la colazione.
