Hotel had excellent access to transit, with tram lines going both to Hauptbahnhof and the Neustadt, and a bus line going to the Technical University. The small restaurant at the front of the hotel was quite elegant as well for a hotel restaurant.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Gute Beratung bei Fragen zum Stadtverkehr.(Straßenbahn) Wichtige Hinweise zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Hof. Zimmer zur Straße sind etwas laut. Dusche sehr klein. Keine Ablagen in der Dusche. Kein Shampo oder Duschbad vorhanden.

Straßenbahnhaltestellen nicht weit entfernt Service freundlich Frühstück O.K. Aufgrund der Lage an stark befahrener Straße recht laut; in seitlichen/hinteren Zimmern bei geschlossenem Fenster erträglich relativ kleines ez mit Minimaleinrichtung TV-Empfang störungsanfällig und keine Dokumemtation der Kanalbelegung kein Fön im Bad, aber immerhin auf Anfrage erhältlich

sehr nettes Personal, Nähe zum Zentrum, uriges Ambiente im Restaurant/Brasserie Zimmerausstattung zusammengewürfelt, andere Zimmer sind aber besser ausgestattet; durch Teppich und sonstige Einrichtung war das Zimmer trotz gründlicher, täglicher Reinigung leicht staubig (machte sich nur bemerkbar, weil ich Allergiker bin)

Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Freies Parken hinter dem Haus. Gegen den Straßenbahnlärm kann das Hotelpersonal sicherlich auch nichts ausrichten. Ist nun mal so.

Aufnahme und Freundlichkeit des Personals gut, hohe Serviceorientierung, freundlich und zuvorkommend.Sehr gutes Umgehen mit Kritik. Eindeutiger Pluspunkt: das Restaurant mit frischen Speisen und lokalen Spezialitäten; ansprechender Gastraum. Zimmer sehr ruhig, man konnte bei offenem Fenster ohne Störung schlafen. Nichtraucherzimmer, auch im Restaurant keine Geruchsspuren von Rauchern. Lage: sehr gute Anbindung an Straßenbahn (3 Linien, 100m), per Bahn 10 Min. bis zum Zentrum. Pluspunkt: kostenfreies Parken im Hof Auf Wunsch, Internetnutzung im Restaurant Für ältere Leute: kein Aufzug (Gepäck!) Frühstück läßt sich an einigen Pukten verbessern - gut: Kaffee/Getränke/Saft werden auf Wunsch nachgereicht, Buffet mit mehreren Marmeladen, Obst, Käse, Eier und Wurst und Jogurt. Nicht so gut: Brötchen waren nicht frisch, teils aufgebacken, Butter/Marmelade sollte in offenen Töpfen statt in abfallintensiven Kleinstverpackungen dargeboten werden. .

Bardzo miła, bardzo kompetentna i super kulturalna obsługa w hotelu. Pokój bardzo czysty , miły i komfortowy - chce się w nim być. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z hotelu do centrum Drezna. Warto wykupić śniadanie, tylko 8 euro , a jest naprawdę smaczne i zadowoli najbardziej wybredne podniebienia. Bezpłatny parking i co było bardzo miłe można zostawić samochód już po wymeldowaniu i jeszcze zwiedzać miasto.

Großes Zimmer, freundlicher Service, familiäres Hotel Schlechter Wasserdruck im 2.Stock, stark wechselnde Wassertempertur beim Duschen. Aus dem Frühstücksbuffet kann man mehr machen.

Typisches Hotel für Städtereisen.Gastraum im Stil der Jahrhundertwende sehr schön restauriert, Speisen und Getränke gepflegt.Preis - Leistungsverhältnis gut.Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel vorhanden.Straßenbahn zur Innenstadt ( 5 Haltestellen ) gegenüber dem Hotel. Selbst die Zimmer nach hinten raus können den Verkehrslärm von der am Hotel vorbeiführenden Hauptstr. ( 3 Straßenbahnlinien ) nicht entscheidend schlucken. Ab 6.00 Uhr morgens außerdem Ladelärm von einer benachbarten Metzgerei.
