Have been there before due to location. The breakfast buffet is adequate though overpriced.

The same rooms were 15% to 20% more expensive than last year.

The rooms are comfortable, modern, and equipped with coffee/tea making facilities. The breakfast offers a large variety of fresh food and the room is large and bright.

Comfortable enough English language to get by.

Everything was fine. Comfortable, clean and a very nice and competent staff. You get what you expect.

I cannot say a bad word for this hotel. You definitely get what you pay for! Cool design, helpful staff, free internet at the reception area, tastefully designed and soundproofed rooms with air-conditioning (you cannot find this in many hotels) comfortable beds and generally a classy atmosphere. I enjoyed my time at the bar since the hotel seems to be alive 24 hours. Music and cocktails was the spotlight of my stay.. I recommend this hotel to everyone, young and old. You will not regret it!

This was a perfect stop on our way to northern Italy. The hotel was easy to find via the sat nav, and there was dedicated parking reserved for hotel guests in an underground car park. A lift close by took you up to the reception area. Check in was friendly, welcoming and swift. The hotel appears to be quite new and the room was lovely. Crisp clean linen and if you like a firm mattress, then you will be happy. There is a mini bar in the room and a nice assortment of teas, coffee and hot chocolate The bathroom was spacious with quality toileteries and the shower was really good. After a long car journey, this hotel was just what we wanted. The town centre was an easy 5 minute walk away, with a good selection of bars and restaurants, some of which were very good value. The room rate did not include breakfast which suited us. As it was Sunday morning, a brunch was provided for Euros 19. It turned out to be good value with sparkling wine, a superb buffet selection with fresh fruit, and eggs cooked to order. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The charge for parking was Euros 16. It would be an advantage if hotel guests received a discount.

that I was so central to the conference centre and the Palace.... reception staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Restaurant and food was super. Loved the fact I could have small portions.

It is very nearby the city center. Novotel is a very well-known hotel chain so the expected quality was well received. We have asked for a baby-cot for our baby and it was already delivered & set up in our room when we arrived.

The Internet is free only in the computers in the reception hall. You need to pay for the wired/wireless connection in the hotel. The parking is also not free of charge and I found the fares a bit overrated.

É um daqueles hotéis enormes e impessoais, mas onde tudo corre bem. O quarto era ótimo e a localização é excelente.

Não tomámos o pequeno almoço no hotel, porque de manhã comemos pouco e custava 19 euros por pessoa.

Schlecht geschlafen ! Unruhig (vermutlich da Kongress), mit Klimaanlage laut, ohne stickige Luft.
