There is something wrong with communication/organisation in this hotel. We stayed two times in it and both times we had issues by checking out: first time we've got invoice with a much higher price, than we booked at booking.com, second time they did not marked that we prolonged our stay, so the room was not cleaned up and the keys were blocked, since they thought we were going to check out. And we never get any reply on our requests for the baby cot by e-mail (though, when we come, baby cot is there). We will definitely come back again, because it is a very good hotel, but they really need to do something with their booking system.
Everything is at the very good level in this hotel: location, room facilities, rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic: big choice, good food and very good service.
