Professional welcoming staff, excellent room which was very quiet despite roadworks outside the hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. |

It was situated within a two minute walk from the station which was really convenient, and then only a 15 minute walk to the awd arena where we were attending a concert. The hotel was incredibly spacious, and very clean and neat. We loved the modern furniture mixed with the period art and furniture. All the fresh orchids were stunning! The bathroom was luxurious, and really clean. The beds were also super comfortable, and we loved the crisp white duvets. The breakfast was very good, and although you are renovating the breakfast room, the alternative was most pleasant and up to a high standard. Excellent all round! We are really glad we found you on the internet! |

In the town centre and staff were polite. Air con did not work and as as i was on the top floor it was very hot. Had to leave patio door open all night to keep cool however i hten got alot of noise. No water at all in the morning. This was fixed while having breakfast but water was very dirty and only luke warm. |

Right in the pedestrian city center of Hannover. A few meters to main railway station and Kröpcke. Impressively clean rooms, satisfactory breakfast and gym center, well trained and helpful staff. |

Location I was staying in a room with direct room door neighbor, which heard any noise from neighbors. Rooms have old furniture, including bathroom. Only wireless (no Lan) Internet connections and not just work all the time.There is no elevator from underground parking to the hotel. Not understand how the hotel has 5 stars on service described above. |

The accommodation and friendliness of the staff. The single beds could be bigger for us larger/taller clients. Also some additional duvets/blankets as those you have a too narrow and the pillow is too soft. |

Very good location, near the central station in the town centre. A very friendly and nice atmosphere. The staff was helpful finding addresses, etc.Unfortunately I did not have any time for the fitnesscenter, but looked very good. |

Quality , atmosphere , festive for xmas , just about everything Chaotic at breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday mornings , staff battled on but guests all seemed to come down at the same time , late. |
