Very large, sound-proofed, comfortable room with luxurious bathroom. Friendly and polite staff. Very nice breakfast (though not cheap at EUR 20 per person).

Comfort was excellent. Staff were very friendly.

No conditioner in the bathroom, just shampoo !!! Needed A couple more English channels other than CNN and BBC News.

For some reason Wifi did not work in the room and only in lobby (did not have to pay for Wifi because of this). Prices during CeBIT are always skyhigh, alhtough for 5 star hotel comparable to 3 and 4 star hotels in Hannover

Very good hotel, 2 minutes from the main station. Good facilities. Room was big and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Internet connection was really bad. The loading time for a page was too long!! They should really sort this out! For the rest, although my stay was good, it's more like a 4 stars to be honest (compared to the English standards). However, the price was convenient

The Blankets (very small) + the Pillows. The Break Fast 20 Euro is little expensive.

Extremely comfortable, modern bathrooms, large rooms, plentiful breakfast, helpful staff, perfect location. Nice spa / fitness facilities. High ceilings make the rooms seem large.

wireless network a little under-powered (could be due to old building). Internet worked, but wireless connection was slow or nonexistent at times. light levels in rooms was low. Should use upward flooding floor lamps for main lighting (light is directed upwards), not lateral flooding lamps.

Great location, excellent room, clean and well equipped, very friendly staff.

Internet access worked only one day out of the 4 nights I stayed.

The Front Desk was very professional and assisted tremendously.. I liked that there was a bar in the hotel Close to shops is a plus

The rooms are enourmous, separate bath and toilet. Staff friendly and efficient.

Location at city center is near the main train station, many shops, pedestrian area. Heaters are effective in the cold weather. Staff are friendly. The hotel is small but has good facilities.

Elevator is old and sometimes stops if the door is not closed properly. Parking is hard to get in the area. The internet is slow and not free if you dont have a delux room.

A very well run hotel that offers an excellent standard of service and accommodation.

Location and quality

The location is perfect, within walking distance to everywhere (Central train station, downtown,...) Very classy and very helpful staff.

They definitely need to upgrade their wireless internet service. It is way to slow for 2012... Breakfast could be a little bit cheaper, even if there would be less choices.

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel. It has high standard in service and compfort. That would be my first choice in Hannover.

The location is very much central at the heart of hannover whither for commuting, shopping or resturants. Quiteness and very helpful staff and free minibar.
