Great little town with historic buildings.
Great little town with historic buildings. Quiet but with atmosphere. There is a rosarium with vast collection of roses if you interested in flowers. The region has lots to offer from palaces to mines and great for mountain biking

There is a lot of history in the surrounding areas, to which our hosts had a great deal of knowledge. Staying inside of a 35 Km radius from Sangerhausen there is so much on offer, if we were to go again I would book a few extra nights.

The hist was very friendly and helpfull (despite she didn't speak English), the room was very cleand and good looking. The bed was very comfortable.
