Recently reformed place. Good value for money.
The hotel was walking distance with bags from Central Station, opposite station was bus to airport, tour buses and hop on off buses. The area was colourful with many mixed races and plenty of eating cafes. Room was good size with kitchen, noise at night was minimal.
Room had kitchen but no electric kettle on request was promptly supplied. Area was a bit shady, looked a bit red light scene, did not venture out after dark as we did not feel comfortable in the street.
The location is very good, close to the central station. The facilities are quite new, comparing to a standard hotel it is a kind of mixture between apartment hotel and hotel.
The hotel doesn't have its own reception, and the check-in should be done in the Altas hotel. But the double-bed is relative small.
No AC in the apartments
good location, staff at reception is also friendly.
no kitchen facilities in the room
Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices! Room was clean, had a mini kitchen and the beds were comfortable Location is really close to the centeral station and the main square is two stops away. Plus it's easy to get to and from the airport. Staff was nice and helpful
We put our "do not disturb" sign on our door and the maids still went in and cleaned our room. I thought that was a little weird.
The room is very nicely decorated, very new, modern, clean, and specious. The bathroom is in a good size, very nice shower. Location is just about 10 mins walk from the main train station. Except the price being a bit pricey but you got what you pay for! highly recommended!
bed very small , and not good for sleeping , there is no reception at the same building , you should go to the other hotel as both hotel have one reception
No have electric kettle.
Close to the train station. The area had many cafes (especially Turkish) for breakfast or a quick snack. The room itself was nice and new. The air conditioning was a nice treat as we didn't expect it.
A bit of a walk to the things we wanted to see in Munich, but it may have felt that way because it rained so much while we were there. Still worth staying here and walking in to see things for the day.
Strong Wifi signal
Poor breakfast Not working bathroom No parking (even if it is written, no nedd fo reservation) Not working elevator (4th floor) Staff not helping
Fast wifi, clean room
Room was nice and clean
People at the reception does not look polite at all.
Location was near the main railway station, the room was clean and comfortable, the neighbourhood was vivid with lots of good and cheap places to grab a bite.
The price was a bit steep for what they offer. I stayed in much cheaper places in Munich before with the same level of service.
Location, it was reallly close to the Munich mainstation. The room was new and really organized as well as clean.
The check-in and check-out are not in the hotel, you have to go into another hotel in front of the Kavun hotel to make them. Other than that everything was perfect.
location, size of apartment
staff, no kettle, dishes, cutlery, poor directions to their parking. ended up paying 25 euro pr day. poor cleaning.
Very new room with new facilities, close to the down town area
Hard to find a parking lot
Wifi was superb, first hotel on our trip that delivered normal wifi! "10 MB/ps and good connection" Everything else was also good btw :)
Expensive breakfast. 11€ per person. It was really good thou.
Location was nice, room was clean, spacious and comfortable, air conditioner worked great. Walking distance to train, bus, and city center, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was convenient and deliciouous. Interesting decor.
Cleanliness was good, always a great beginning, and the refurbished room was modern and well-designed. Its location, two blocks from the train station, is a plus for travelers "passing through" Munich - which we were in this occasion.
Security is a myth here as the main door was often open, and a second means of access could be used by anyone on the dtreet with a brain. While others paint a poor picture of the neighborhood, it likely is much safer than most would think, and we felt comfortable "living" here, accessing markets, dining near the hotel, and returning after dark. But the shower didn't drain, the shower head holder was broken so you hosed your way through your shower, and a crankout window didn't close or lock adding to the myth that this was a hotel stay. Then there's this second-rate feeling in registering "across the street" in a costlier hotel -- how secure! The provision of a "kitchen" was another myth -- no pots, coffee water heater, utensils, plates, cups -- nothing. The kitchen was a refrigerator. Overall, this really isn't a hotel, folks. It 's a cheap-modern room to lease on a nightly basis for 79 Euros that isn't ready for prime time, and awaits instead some criminal incident that exposes its cheap-marginal management/security. But for its location, hosteling may be a better option. YMMV.
Location is Great
They Changed the Towels and cleaned the romm only two times in our 6 days stay
Awesome room Easy check in and out
No soap in room Slightly inconvenient location
15 minutes to the Munich HBF by walking, the hotel is new and modern decoration, the wifi is quite good. I would stay here for next visit to Munich.
The check in counter is in another hotel opposite the street which is a little bit hard to find.
Spacious room, private bath, our room had a small kitchen which was a pleasant surprise, wi-fi, AC.
Location right next to Red Light District but walking distance to/from Central Station (Karlsplatz 1 stop away, Marienplatz 2 stops away).
This is a brand-new hotel within a couple of blocks of the main train station in Munich. It is very secure--your room key also opens the door to the outside. The bathroom and room are decent-sized and have new furniture. Our room even had a full-size refrigerator, which we used to keep water and food--there are several markets nearby, along with many different kinds of restaurants. The rooms also have air conditioning and free wifi. Breakfast is in the Hotel Atlas across the street.
We only got one key per room and that key operated the electricity for said room, which meant if one person wanted to leave he or she would have to turn off the electricity to use the key to open the door. This was a problem at night. Since the hotel is fairly new we thought maybe they hadn't gotten around to getting more keys--you should get at least two keys, one for the doors and one for the electricity.
