Can't say much more than this: very good value for money and I really appreciate the small kitchen in the room.

Absolutely nothing

Wireless in room a big lie, even in the lobby I succeeded to conect just from time to time, towels white maybe at the origin.

Nice breakfast, coffee machine, bathtub in bathroom, quite close to S-bahn station // niezłe śniadanie, kawa z ekspresu, wanna w łazience, stosunkowo blisko do stacji S-bahn’u

Lukewarm water in the morning, internet doesn't work, my friend was bitten by some insect in her bed at night, only german tv channels very loud floors, unaired corridors with unopenable windows // Rano tylko letnia woda, internet nie działał, moją koleżankę w nocy coś pogryzło w łóżku, brak kanałów w innym języku niż niemiecki, bardzo głośne podłogi - tupanie nad głową, niewietrzone korytarze z nieotwieralnymi oknami.

Very clean, very nice room, an indoor car park.

Internet was not working and during the few minutes it ran, 20 minutes to load a page is not acceptable. I will try this hotel once again but if internet does not work.... I will not come back again.

It's price/value for the money, plus its location. Breakfast is quite good, and was included in the price!

Did not fix a couple of things that were brought to their attention in the room.

Good Breakfast

It is in need of a majour renovation. Had a hard time with the WIFI

there was a small two burner hotplate and a mini fridge. free parking, free wifi, and free breakfast. the room is really big for the price and was really clean!

It was right next to the railway so there were constantly trains going past (but that didn't bother me). The floors are so loud thats why I only stayed 1 day!. If you stay here ark for a room on the top floor, I left with a headache because of the people above me were running a marathon until 1am then started back up at 6, so not much sleep.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable, also a good size. The option was there to self cater and the kitchen area, although compact, was well equipped to allow this. The food for breakfast was lovely - such a choice and all fresh. The man on reception was lovely and spoke excellent English, he made us feel very welcome.

I didn't like the fact that it was so close to the railway lines, although the windows were triple glazed and much of the noise was kept out.

La tv non aveva il previsto canale rai 1 e dietro mia richiesta in 4 gg non e' stato neanche messo a posto, la doccia bisogna farla in vasca e questo puo' essere pericoloso e scivolare, ho poggiato una maglietta nel ripiano alto dell' armadio e quando l' ho ripresa era piena di polvere, a colazione a dir il vero non male manca l' acqua e dietro mia richiesta mi hanno risposto che bisognerebbe pagarla.

Personal war sehr freundlich alles war bestens. Würde immer wieder dort übernachten.

Все нормально.Недалеко от жд вокзала.Хорошее соотношение цены и расположения ,особенно во время специализированной выставки в Кельне.Персонал внимательный.

В номерах слышно шум ж.дороги,WI FI не везде нормально работает,с отоплением тоже не очень ,но все равно хороший бюджетный вариант ,особенно когда цены в Кельне взлетают до небес

Personal reagierte unflexibel auf Wünsche, die - zugegeben - von der Buchung abwichen. (früheres Einchecken) Kulanz ist ein Fremdwort, Hauptsache der Gast stört nicht. Kein lösungsorientierter Vorschlag. Erst nach heftigen Debatten war ein Entgegenkommen möglich.

Уютно, вежливый и дружелюбный персонал, неплохой шведский стол на завтрак / cosy place, courteous and friendly personnel, breakfast is good enough.

Очень не хватало тапочек и скорости интернета / lack of slippers and internet connection speed.

The room I stayed was very spacious. It had a nicely sized single beg, very confortable, as well as a small sofa. The bathroom was nice and had a bath tube. I was surprised to find that I had a kitchenette in the room. The breakfast room was agreable and the buffet was varied. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel ist in unmittelbarere Nähe zu stark frequentierten Bahngleisen. Internetzugang nicht möglich, hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass sich jemand darum kümmert. Personal ist sehr kleinlich. Wollte mir beim Frühstückstisch eine Semmel für unterwegs mitnehmen, hätte darauf hin den Preis für ein Lunchpaket zusätzlich zahlen sollen. Nie wieder Kempe!

Zimmer zur Straße / Bahnlinie sind nichts für sehr geräuschempfindliche Personen, da man trotz Lärmschutzfenster die vorbeifahrenden Züge hört; hat mich aber nicht gestört
