All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Hotel is very near train station, making it convenient to commute on train. Hotel should have more adaptor for guest who requires them to plug in their computers. Hotel only has one and did not tell guest to return it after use. During my 4 nights stay, it was not available at all. I was forced to use the hotel computer at the lobby because I do not have time to look for an adaptor. However, some guest are inconsiderate as they kept on using the computer without any time limit. Perhaps the hotel should put up a sign limiting the use to certain number of minutes at a time. |

I like mainly willingness of the staff which is not very common all over the world, as well as location, cleanliness and breakfast were very good too. If somebody is planning visit Dusseldorf I fully recommend Kempe-Komfort-Hotel. |

Met customers and checked out Dusseldorf. The Elevator was very old (dangerous like). They used the elevator to throw away the trash, and there was a very bad smell in the elevator after with many insects. |

proximity to town center and airport with excellenttransport links hotel should consider putting a micro wave oven in all its rooms as the current two hot plates stove is inadequate for most guests. |

Tenía conexión gratuita a Internet. En la recepción siempre tenían pastel, fruta y café a disposición de los clientes. Las plantas y habitaciones del hotel están muy descuidadas, le hace falta reforma. El desayuno era poco variado. La calle donde está situado el hotel no tiene farolas, por la noche está muy oscura y poco transitada, da un poco de miedo ir andando. |

Prima ligging. op 10 minuten loopafstand van Koningsallee. Voor een kortverblijf is dit hotel ideaal. Als je van simpel en niet al te veel luxe houdt dan is Kempe komfort hotel ideaal. |

Das freundliche und unkomplizierte Personal. Alle meine Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt (Zimmer nach hinten raus etc.) Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und das Zimmer insgesamt freundlich eingerichtet. Es war auch im Hotel nachts angenehm ruhig. Die Erdbeeren beim Frühstück waren prima, der Tee lecker. |
