My husband and I always enjoy the polite, courteous staff and the warm welcome we receive, each and every time we come. The staff at the hotel were very really helpful. Location of the hotel is just outside the airport and the room was very quiet. |

Very friendly staff. I continuously got strong static shocks after walking from my hotel room to the lift. Each time a pressed the touch button lift call, I received a static shock and so did my colleague who had a different room on a different floor. Perhaps anti-static treatment on the carpets might be a good idea! |

The rooms were spacious, modern and the bathrooms very large - a relaxing place to stay before flying back to the US. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating and the food and wine delicious! |

The staff went out of their way to make sure our every need was met. We were only staying one night before catching our plane back to the US -- however, the staff helped us in getting downtown Munich and seeing the sights! For our short stay in Munich - it was great! |

The staff responsiveness is excellent and friendly. The hotel's location is excellent if you need to stay a night to rest right after a long flight. Just at the hotel and yet quiet. The room service charges are rediculoasly expensive! They charged me 21 euros for two bottles of water. We ordered a bannana and apple, and they charged us for a complete breakfast! So in other words stay there but be ware of extra charges. |

Since the hotel adjoins the Munich Airport it is extremely convenient to a morning flight. The hotel appears to be relatively new with nice furniture and larger bathroom than we found in other hotels. Only a minor thing - we had difficulty locating the TV channels that had English language. |

Beautiful hotel. Exceptional location at the airport - no shuttle necessary! Great wellness facility. Would love for breakfast and internet to be included, but understand that hotels geared to business and luxury travelers simply don't do that. |

The design and architecture, the ambience of the set up. And the convenient location ie. next to the airport! Not really, however, may I suggest that a coffee/tea and maker, cup and saucers should be provided at such a room rate! In Canada, all classes of hotels/inns are equipped with complimentary coffee/tea and a maker. Just a suggestion. |

The location is great. After an 11 hour flight we were tired, but within a few minutes we were in our room. We appreciated the crisp, clean room and room service was quite prompt. |

This hotel is like a city...........every thing you could want. This is not a complaint but a suggestion. I fell getting out of the bath tub and hurt my wrist. Hand grips should be installed on the wall and bath mats with a rubberized backing used so as not to slide across the tile floors. |
