Great location and good restaurant.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable but was ok.

It happened to be my birthday on the day I was there and I was given several small treats, e.g., A tiny cake with fresh fruit in my room. Excellent care from the staff, including the porter who walked with me and took my luggage from the hotel directly to my airline check-in desk, Super service. The restaurant is very good as is the lobby bar.

Price had almost doubled from last time for same type of room.

It was very good trip. all people in hotel were very informative and helpfull. Very good organization and very fast reaction on requests guests, I highly recommend, Good for quick transfers

The hotel is clean and all chrome and windows. Very nice

Somewhat high-priced but worth it since we were departing from the airport the next day.

I booked 6 weeks ago and everything was paid by than. When I arrived the staff wanted me to pay again, apparently they didn't check that everything was paid. 268 Euro without breakfast is a ridiculous price for a one night stay. While leaving they asked me if I wanted to give 1 (!) Euro for development aid; where's the common sense?

Location in the airport is very convenient if you have a late flight and need to keep your staff close to the airport while in the city center. It takes ~35-40 mins by S bahn to get to the city center.

Simple design and very clean and tidy.

Ridiculous prices of food and drinks.

I came from Innsbruck/Igls and i liked the comfort to get to Lufthansa from your hotel for an AM flight to New York

Room is roomy, clean and comfortable. Staffs are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast spread.

I hope to be free charge internet in the hotel.

We paid our room check-in day by cash. But 100 Euros was frozen on my card, personal said that it's just for safety. Still waiting my money unfreeze) Hope it will be soon! Regards, Elena Kalinina

Spacious rooms, quiet, clean, easy access to terminals, good value for money

Rooms very cold, had to keep the air condition on to get warmth during the night with the noise that follows it. Queues for breakfast. Seemed to us they did have enough tables but not staff to clean them quick enough after use.

Convenience - at the airport Bit of luxury before and after the ski holidays Breakfast buffet - first class plus pleasant ambiance! Inclusion of breakfast in price. My wife liked the bubbly wine.

Bit too pricey - keener priced weekend tarrifs would make me to stay there next year as well (though not bad value for money).

It was the second time I stayed at the hotel and the experience wasn't great in comparison with the first time. The room was smaller for double the price, no real breakfast for early flyers - 5.30!!! They said that my dotter would get a toy and I told her that. When I aske for it at check out, the clerk sent ME to the service center to ask for it! At 5.45 in the morning, with a lot of luggage and a 4-years old!!!! Insane, I renounced and explain to my dotter they lied about the toy. It worked!!! The pool was freezing cold and the shower in the dressing room broken. The curtain wouldn't close and the lights from the hall disturbed me all night.The wake up called didn't happen!!!! A clerk had to come up and knock at my door to wake me up. It seems that the telephone in that room wasn't working properly!!!! And last but not least.... THEY CHARGE FOR INTERNET CONNECTION!!!!!

Designed very well with a spectacular lobby. Rooms spacious and quite welcoming. Quite large 17m pool great for laps. Staff were very professional.

Unfortunately dinner was completely full at 7. My fault for not booking ahead. The spa was also quite crowded but just because it is so good.
