Oerhört trevlig personal som verkligen gjorde alt för att gästerna skulle känna sig välkomna. Tyst och lugnt trots närheten till en stor, trafikerad gata. Bra läge - mitt i staden. |

Jag beställde för min äldsta dotter med make. Det är deras omdöme som står här. Kempinskis läge, service, faciliteter gör det till ett gemytligt hotell i mitten av det gamla "Väsrberlin". Jag tyckte inte om att den totala kostnaden för uppehället belastade mitt VISA-kort redan i oktober en vecka efter beställningen. Ni skriver att booking.con inte tar ut någon avgift i förväg, att vissa hotell kan ta en mindre avgift - men att hela priset debiteras utan information i förväg är inte acceptabelt. |

Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay with excellent location. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been most welcome. In this day and age I believe that internet access should be free. |

I think that it was perfectly situated for a trip to berlin. The location was fantastic, and the staff was superb. The breakfast buffet was too expensive and the lighting in the room could be more bright!! But all in all excellent!!! |

The standard rooms are adequate but I would not class them as luxury. The hotel staff are very courteous and extremely helpful particularly the Concierge staff who give guidance on the places to visit in the City and organised trips outside of Berlin. On the whole a good hotel and reasonable value for money |

The hotel is classified as 5 stars hotel, but they should tell that the hotel has 2 parts, the old one and the new one. The new one is definitely at the 5 Stars level. However, the old one can be categorized as maximum 3 stars. This fact was unknown while making the reservation. |

The hotel was located perfect for our city journy. It also had a friendly atmosphere and good service. The breakfast could have being better, and was to expensive. |

I stayed in htl 3-6.5 and 9-10.5;htl staff helped me storing my luggages and getting the same room upon my request for the last night.i also enjoed very much kempinski in dresden |

Centrally located and so very convenient.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and go out of the way to make you feel at home.A very memorable stay The rooms are a trifle small,and some of the conveniences could be upgraded.(e.g T.V) |

Location The hotel was really good some 10-20 years ago, but now looks a bit old-fashioned. The renovation have to be done, the overal feeling is like you are staying in old appartments of your grandparents. |

Its location -- right next to a U-Bhan station, very close to the Zoo, right on Ku'dam. The staff were also very friendly, polite and professional. Internet access for 25 Euro per day? Or 6 Euros per hour? In the year 2009? |
