The hotel had excellent service. Friendly staff. Good size rooms and a nice swimming pool area. Wait time for shuttle bus from the airport was very long. Recommend to call the hotel to find out when the next shuttle is due to avoid waiting outside. |

It was great value at the booking.com rate and across the raod were miles of running trails. Also, three different classes of restauraunt so its your choice if you want to break the bank. |

Excellent location for access to Frankfurt and surrounding cities. We had a standard room only but it was extremely spacious, well-furnished and quiet. Extremely comfortable bed. Very good breakfast choice - but 25 Euro if not on a package. The standard room was a bit "faded" for a 5* hotel but great value when discounted - August especially. The hotel is in a program of renovating rooms |

Large rooms, some staff are very good. The late check out charge, they count minutes and seconds, they are totally unflexible. |

Good quality hotel with good facilities Internet cost was a complete rip off! 25 euro's per day for something which costs the hotel a few cents. This is daylight robbery! many hotels now give free internet access. |

-今回、0歳児、両親、犬連れでの宿泊だったのですが、特にリクエストはして いなかったのですが、ベビーベッド、犬のベッド、水入れなども用意して頂きスタッフは親切でした。スタンダ- ードの部屋でも十分広い。朝食は期待していたのですが、平均的なものでした。 特に無いですが、全室のリノベーションがされれば良いと思います。市内からは少し離れているので、車でチェ- ックインする方向き。 |

スタッフのかたがたの対応が大変てきぱきしており、フランスにはないまじめさがありました。設備も大変よく- 手入れされており、快適でした。普段の価格は知りませんが、大きい展示会期間中でしたたが、価格はリーズナ- ブル（136ユーロ 朝食込）でした。 フランクフルト中央駅からタクシーで30分弱、25ユーロ前後かかります。 |
