It is very nice hotel,very frindly staff, very nice room, very good to be away from the city Becuse of hotel location you have no option to park your car only within hotel area , the hotel block all the free parking and you have to use the hotel parking with fee 15 per day ( 12 h ) this is not good way in hotel like kempinski hotel. I think who make this arrangment thinking it is smart way of making mony but it is totaly opsit!

The hotel is located nearby the lake. Nice and relaxing view. The hotel stuff is great. Rooms and common corridors need renew. The pool elevator is dangerously old. The sauna is located in another building outside of the hotel, hence it is necessary to go outside. Since it was cold, we stayed nearby of a pool. In sum, despite the pool, I cannot recommend it like the spa hotel.

Peaceful location, garden setting, proximity to airport and city. Reception and wait staff pleasant and helpful. Maintenance requires focus. Garden cafe needs music to disguise conversation.

Staff very friendly, very beautiful;location. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the spa cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, we had a meal in the Hotel some past and it was the worst I have tried!!!

The staff at the Kempinski were particularly nice and extremely helpful. It made us immediately feel welcome and at home -- so although we were there for a very brief visit, we immediately settled in and were able to both enjoy the hotel's facilities and have a rest as soon as we arrived. The sauna was out of order for the duration of our stay :-(

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at the hotel, we found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The food was excellent and we will recomend the hotel to any of our friends who are contemplating a trip to Frankfurt from Australia.

The location that was a bit far from the center of Frankfurt and the outdoor swimming pool that was with hot water. The breakfast also was very nice. I was unlucky to stay at a not so nice room. Also I did not like that I had to pay extra in order to surf at the internet, even at the pcs at the lobby.

This is a superb hotel and the staff are among the most friendly and courteous you'll ever meet. Where did management find these people? It is a bit strange to have to pay for the parking as the hotel is really far from any city or airport.

The hotel is old old old and certenly not 5 star rooms are smelling old carpet old tv old and slow lifts very expensive internet(25e) expensive breaffast(60e per couple) and expensive parking for a hotel placed in the woods and more then that my wife was blocked in the lift for 20 min

O hotel esta situado proximo ao aeroporto de frankfurt e a cerca de 15 minutos do centro de frankfurt, no hotel o atendimento de todos os funcionarios é muito atencioso, o hotel tem uma estrutura de spa e fitness de excelente qualidade. Os apartamentos sao amplos inclusive com trocas de toalhas duas vezes ao dia, todas as dependencias do hotel com uma excelente calefação no apartamento dispoe de itens de conforto para uso do hospeder que nao encontrei em outros hoteis desta categoria. Em outra estada neste hotel tinham um serviço de transfer do aeroporto para o hotel que nao estava funcionando no periodo. Auxiliava muito pois era mais facil acessar o centro da cidade e outras areas pelo metro do aeroporto

Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. -Warmwasser in der Badewanne ließ sich nur schwer konstant halten. -Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist zu schwach (Technik aus den 1970er Jahren) -Fernseher sollten wohl auch mal auf den letzten Stand gebracht werden -Habe den Zimmerservice in Anspruch genommen und den bestellten Cheeseburger erst nach über einer Stunde bekommen...
