Good quality hotel with good facilities Internet cost was a complete rip off! 25 euro's per day for something which costs the hotel a few cents. This is daylight robbery! many hotels now give free internet access. |

The Staff were excellent Too far from Frankfurt. The room was literally 10mins walk from the lobby. |

the hotel is in a huge garden +food and service from the restaurant we have a small incident and consider that the staff is nice that was trained but is not human, specialy from the reception. the rooms are old and bad mantainance. even in superior standard |

Kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter -besondes am Empfang und Spa-bereich.. Durch booking.com auch ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer waren sauber und der Klasse entsprechend eingerichtet. Das Bad war okay - das Personal sehr freundlich. Abends wurde für uns noch Massage bzw. Kosmetik arrangiert |

Der Service im Pool-/Barbereich war auergewöhnlich gut und die Mitarbeiter dort waren äußerst freundlich.Das Essen war von hervorragender Qualität. Trotz Minderbelegung wurden wir in ein Zimmer der schlechteseten Kategorie (obwohl höher gebucht!!!) gesteckt! Erst nach einer Übernachtung wurden wir auf Anfrage umgezogen. Die Servicemitarbeiter (außer s.o.) waren gekünstelt, gezwungen freundlich. Das "Frühstücksbuffet" (*****- Standard) fand aufgrund Unterbelegung nicht statt, wir mußten alles beim Personal ordern (ohne Karte!). |

Mooie kamer, goede service. Parkeren op grote afstand, en er moet voor betaald worden. Verder probeert men een duurdere kamer te verkopen die alleen maar gerenoveerd is en niet groter. De standaard kamer is heel goed. |
