The shower curtain is kind of annoying (it glues on your body) when taking a shower. Here I would expect something more adequate for a 4 star hotel.

All chanells at TV set were in german. It would be better if some channels in english would be added e.g. one sport, one music and one news channel.

I would happily recommend this hotel, for the rooms and the location. The rooms (Deleuxe doubles) are very comfortable and clean, and quite roomy too - there was a settee and armchair in the main room and a huge flatscreen television. They have a historic/character theme and feel - in a good way. The staff in the hotel were also very good. The hotel is located in the pedestrian area of the town and I did not notice any traffic noise. There is free internet access via a computer in the library and the minibar is free (soft drinks plus one beer). Not so important, but the fish tank is spectacular!

The Wifi signal did not extend to my room, so I did not have internet access, which was a good thing as the cost of access is excessive - €17/day, or €9 for mobile devices (although there is free access in the library, which was sufficient for what I needed to do). One pint for those scared of carpets - the rooms have fitted carpets, but the one in my rooms was in very good condition and very clean.

An der Bar dauerte es zwanzig Minuten, um ein Getränk zu bestellen. Das bestellte Club Sandwich wurde nach 30 Minuten serviert. Zum Bügeln an der Rezeption abgegebene Herrenhemden wurden am nächsten Morgen mit Falten und Knittern aufs Zimmer gebracht. Trotz Reklamation setzte man diesen Service zunächst auf die Rechnung. Alles in allem entsprach der Service nicht dem Anspruch des Hotels. Wer ein wirkliches 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel sucht, sollte dem Hotel fernbleiben. Das Personal hat kein Verständnis für gehobene Ansprüche.

部屋の広さとバスルームの使い勝手の良さは素晴らしい。朝食のダイニングも雰囲気がとても良く落ち着ける。- 地下のジムも気軽に使える。

二泊めのチェックアウトで朝食とエキストラベット代が含まれているのにも関わらず、さらに加算された値段を- 要求していきた。　　　すぐに明細を示して確認するように言ったが、全然聞こうとしないので、カスタマーサービスに電話して対応し- ていただいた。　　　あきらかにホテル側の誤りにも関わらず、謝り方もふてくされ気味で、予定していた電車には遅れて乗れなくな- ったり、携帯の料金がかかったり、他が良かっただけにとても残念、もう泊りたくない。
