The deluxe rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Altogether a great hotel. This hotel does have smoking rooms, so one has to take care to specify non-smoking.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich. Sauna auch schön. Frühstück mit 17€ pro Person recht teuer. Keine gekochten Eier und insgesamt preislich nicht gerechtfertigt.

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Auch diesmal war wieder alles bestens. Besonders angenehm ist die kostenlose Minibar. Beim nächsten Besuch in Halle: wieder das Rote Ross. wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden

Das Hotel hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir hatten ein Komfortdoppelzimmer gebucht, dass mit einer sehr schönen Couchecke und einem Riesen-TV ausgestattet war. Im Fernsehen konnte man auch auch Sky Bundesliga/Sport/Cinema sehen, sowie einige HD-Sender. Minibar war auch vorhanden, sämtliche Getränke in der MInibar konnten kostenlos konsumiert werden. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gefiel uns besser als unser eigenes Wohnzimmer (!). Man hat in allen Bereichen bemerkt, dass das Hotel sehr gut und durchdacht organisiert ist. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass die auf dem Zimmer liegende Fernsehzeitschrift genau zu dem Zeitpunkt ausgewechselt wurde, als eine neue benötigt wurde. Die Minibar wird auch täglich aufgefüllt. Im Bad gibt es eine "Wohlfühlbox" mit nützlichen Utensilien, z.B. Nähzeug, Zahnbürste oder einem Kondom. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es ein sehr sehenswertes Korallenaquarium (2500 Liter) mit Clown- und Doktorfischen, sowie Muränen. Das Parken im anliegenden Parkhaus ist problemlos, kostet aber 12€ pro Tag. Die Innenstadtlage ist unschlagbar, sodass man sich sofort in der Fußgängerzone befindet. Andere Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten befinden sich in fußläufiger Umgebung, falls man nicht das hoteleigene Frühstück (17€/Person) genießen möchte. Das Frühstück ist m.E. zu kostspielig, wie auch Getränke und Speisen (Kännchen Kaffee: 4,80€).

Die Zimmerausstattung ist hervorragend, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Empfangspersonal ist sehr um das Wohl des Kunden bemüht Das Restaurant passt schlicht weg nicht in das sehr angenehme Ambiente. Wir konnten teilweise verstehen, dass man das Menü nur auf Vorbestellung erhält (an 11 Tischen gab es Menü). Wir haben dann alla Kart bestellt. Ohne einen Hinweis oder eine Entschuldigung hat man uns geschlagene 2 Stunden auf das Essen warten lassen und war verwundert, dass nach 2 Stunden unsere Geduld erschöpft war. Dieser Service ist keinesfalls weiter zu empfehlen. Es gab keine Ent- schuldigung !!!!

Das Hotel hat einen ganz eigenen charme. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist bestens. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Buffetfrühstück ist gut und reichlich. Dass das Hotel (wie wohl allgemein bei den Dormero-Hotels) generell nur day-by-day-Preise offeriert, ist unbefriedigend, weil dies keine hinreichende Kontrolle über das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zulässt.
