Sauna ist toll, sogar mit Fruechtesnack. Zimmer und Bad sind eigentlich sehr gut, Ausstattung des Hotels klassisch. Nettes Aquarium im Foyer. Nicht sehr fahrradfahrerfreundlich (wir wurden bei Ankunft - im verschwitztem Radleroutfit- nicht als Gaeste wahrgenommen). Mineralwasser auf Zimmer als Willkommensgruss kostet ueber 6 Euro! |

Die Lage ist direkt in der Innenstadt, angenehm zentral. Das Ambiente des Hotels ist hervorragend, die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bett sehr gut, das Bad sehr angenehm. Weiterhin ist es ausgesprochen ruhig, keinerlei Lärm stört nachts. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, wenn auch sehr teuer mit 18 eur. Lediglich 3 kleine Sachen: Zum einen der Duschvorhang. Ein Hotel dieser Kategorie darf keine Polyester-Duschvorhänge in Wannenduschen nutzen, die sich auch noch beim Duschen an den Körper kleben. Sehr unangenehm. Zum anderen waren Löcher in den Stores. Und schließlich war das TV-Bild auf vielen Sendern verrauscht. |

レストランのドイツ料理は評判どおりにおいしかった。スタッフもにこやか。ただ、駐車場が難。駐車場ビルまでは標識等があり、たどりつけるが、そのビル内でのホテル指定の駐車場所がわかりにくい |

Zentrale Lage. Parkhaus teilweise etwas eng.Hotel hat zwei Strassenadressen, bitte um Angabe ab welcher Strasse Parkhauseinfahrt erreicht werden kann. |

Sehr postiv ist uns die große und nette Aufmerksamkeit der vielen freundlichen Mitarbeiter aufgefallen und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbufett. Es war viel Bediehnungspersonal ansprechbar und vorhanden, sehr nettes Empfangspersonal und viel Infomaterial vom Hotel und von der Stadt haben wir im Hotel bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und wie im Urlaub gefühlt. Es gab gar nichts in diesem Hotel, was uns negativ aufgefallen ist. |
