Hotel Kessler    

Staff was really friendly, accomodating and courteous. Real "family- feel" with the staff; The location is perfect; minutes (walking) away from the centre with ample parking on-site. Family-room was perfect (separate sleeping room for the children) and ample space in the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and personal service (my daughters ate every crepe they could!). Overall, great hotel - would definitely recommend and stay again.

The Wi-Fi did not work in our room, so this was a nuisance having to go to the main floor / lobby area.

The hotel is very close to pedestrian zone. Very nice view from the window. The personal was nice and frendly.

We asked for a double bad and we received a bed with two mattress. The room was cold when we arrived, even if we arrived at 8 pm. The breakfest was without vegetable.

The location and the very helpful and efficient staff made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

Hair dryer didn't work. One of the room heaters didn't work.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and most helpful The hotel was very comfortable, bedroom large with a sofa and arm chair area. The bathroom although small, was sufficient with a good shower. Spotless clean and linen fresh. Breakfast was good with a good choice of cold and hotfood. there was a good laundrymatt next door and a lovely eating house near at hand. It was a long walk from railway station, but there is a number 3 bus that goes from the station to the corner of the hotel. .

Wifi not available in our room, but could use our ipad down stairs in the dining room and in the laundry next door.both for free.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was excellent. The "family" room was two full rooms separated by a door, very nice when travelling with pre teens. easy walk to all of the sights/shopping. onsight parking 5e/day. Great little bar, Cheers, across the street, super friendly.

Not about the hotel itself at all, but it is worth knowing that up the street toward to river is collection of gentlemen's clubs and erotic shops with various products in the window displays. You can't see this area form the hotel and it is easily avoidable. It had no impact on our stay, but if you choose to walk to the river with you kids you may want to avoid this route. just sayin'

Convenient for shoppers, all within walking distance. Staff helpfull and friendly. A very good Breakfast selection. Would surely stay there again.

A very pleasant boutique hotel two minutes from the pedestrianised centre of Trier. Our room was modern and comfortable, with a very clean bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Our room was on the fourth floor, but the lift only goes as far as the third floor. The bathroom was on the small side.

This hotel is very well managed with excellent staff, always willing to help. Breakfasts were exceptional - an extensive range of food in a quiet and cosy ambience. The hotel is very well located, close to the old city in a quiet, safe area. Tea making facilites in the room were very welcome.

The room may be hot in hot weather.

Evening Front Desk Staff was friendly but the Day staff (owner ?) lacked Customer Service Skills. The hotel is well located within Trier.

Breakfast Buffet was quite limited and only apples & oranges as fresh fruit (they served canned fruit salad !!).

It's a small, familiar hotel in the city centre.Vey clean. Breakfast is really good and staff are friendly, helpful and really nice. I recommend it!

The hotel was in a great location close to the pedestrian area of town. We went to visit all of the tourist sights within walking distance of the hotel including the cathedrals of Trier. The staff was terrific, our stay comfortable and we were happy with the family room we had at an affordable price.

Kamers waren schoon, ontbijt was ook goed.

Jammer dat er geen bar in het hotel was, badkamer was wat krap van ruimte rondom toilet.
