This is our family trip, everything is fine. And I think it's a perfect place for the couple to spend a romantic holiday here... Perhaps to add in some kids menu in the restaurant?

It was the most beautiful place we stayed. The lighting designer of this faculity was a genius. Very creative use of light and lighting to create space and ambience. Imaginative blend of old with modern. Extremely sexy bathrooms. Friendly and generous staff.

It was a pity that there was no place at the Gourmet restaurant for the hotel guests. I would have been better if we had been given the oportunity to book the restaurant already at the time of the hotel booking. Secondly, the steamroom and the sauna were not working during our visit. For this price one would expect things to function well.

Dieses Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht Spitze. Wunderbare Anlage, modernes schönes Design und traumhafte Materialien, viele liebevolle Details, endlich mal kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern eine elegante Etagere mit vielen Leckereien, welche an den Tisch gebracht wird, sehr feine spezielle Mahlzeiten im Restaurant; aber besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche, hochprofessionelle Personal, welches einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Und bei der Abreise gab es noch ein Säckchen mit Mineralwasser und feinem Keks. Nichts könnte man im Ketschauer Hof besser machen. Au revoir und herzlichen Dank.

spezielle eingerichtete Zimmer - wo man nicht von aussen erwarten würde. Nach einer langen Fahrt auf der Autobahn, war der kleine Wellness-Bereich genau das Richtige. Tolles Ambiente, und natürlich Pfälzer-Gastfreundschaft.
