Great apartment, huge. Had everything you could want. Great neighborhood, lots of cafes. 3 min tram ride into town. Staff so helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Would stay here again for sure.

Nothing I didn't like.

It is a marvelous place to stay for a family, who don't like too much noise. There is a load of places to eat nearby, great park with 4 children playgrounds. 3 stops on a tram - and you are at the center.

A dish-washing mashine in a one-bedroom apartment 25 would really be a profit!

The location from apartment to city centre, public transport is fantastic and quick into centre, stick with the M4 tram and it will always take you within 5 mins of the apartment. Very patient lady welcomed us as we arrived 3 hours later than hoped.

The apartment booked was a 2 bedroom, it was only 1 bedroom and the living area doubled as a room, the hotel room pictures on Booking.com did not clearly show which apartment you had booked.

The apartment was very spacious and well laid out. There was plenty of room and it was near my work.

It was very cold. Outside and in. Even though the heat was all the way up. But with enough covers we were ok.

Upon arrival we could not find parking, the manager gave us his parking spot.

Although the apartment is old, the room is renovated nicely with new furniture and comfortable to stay. The location is near M4 line tram and easily get to AlexsanderPlatz (about 5minutes), or 20minutes walking. All the staffs were extremely helpful which we loved this part the most about this apartment. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Berlin next time. Thank you very much.

The pillows were bit too soft.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well situated, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location and super cute little place. The manager was super helpful and it was great that he had thought of little things like having coffee and tea in the place for when I got there.

Fantastic apartment! Rooms were very spacious and the beds were so comfortable!! The staff were excellent also, very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Relatively central, only a short tram ride to the main shops and tourist attractions and a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. Would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again next time in berlin. Thank you kg Apartments!!

Could do with another bathroom! There were 8 of us staying and with only one bathroom became quite a mission in the mornings! The bedrooms are more than big enough for en suites, but I appreciate that it's not as simple as just sticking an extra bathroom in! Also, could do with a toaster and some sharp knives! The kitchen only has the basic essentials which is fine, but a little difficult when trying to prepare a large family meal! We did manage it though, so this is just a suggestion, not a complaint!

Apartment with great character in a great location. Adequately furnished, very spacious and spotlessly clean. Very very comfortable. Loved it. Great shower pressure. Bed very comfortable. Really quiet place which we were very happy about. Staff very helpful. Location great. Two minutes from the tram and only a few stops from city centre. Great bar at the end of the street, turn left out the front door. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Good location,center easily reached by bus or tram and schonefeld airport by train and tram. Nice bright ,clean flat in nice area with cocffee bars and take-aways.

We had a ground floor appartment which suffered from noise from street and people using block entrance.

They were very spacious and in a good location, the area was nice and quite but we were only 3 tram stops away from the centre. They were good value for money and the staff were really friendly and gave us tips on where to go and what to see.

It was a little bit further out of the centre than we expected but it worked out well in the end as it was nice and quiet. The tram stop was only 2 mins walk and was very easy to get into the centre on public transport

perfect location, friendly staff and was great to not stay in a hostel, made us feel like we lived in berlin..

the room design probably could have had a tv where the kitchen is, maybe the big plant as well could have been a small plant

Lovely couple who run it.Nothing was too much trouble for them.The appartment was well equiptted and spacious,also extremely quiet.We rented bikes as well and had the run of the city as it is all flat! Brilliant place.Would definitely recommend it.

The apartment was very centrally-located, just three tram stops from Alexsanderplatz. The rooms were airy and large and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided.

The Sofa Bed in Apt 27 really needs to be replaced with a newer and better- functioning one.

We simply loved the apartment. Bright, airy, warm, spacious and spotlessly clean. Every convenience that you wanted was at hand including umbrellas available from the downstairs office. It is so centrally located in Prenzl. Close to the tram and shops. Prenzl is a delightful village and we would return in a second. It is also so easy to pop into Berlin from here. We highly recommend this lovely accommodation and location. Andreas and Magdalena are superbly helpful and accommodating as well as very professional.

The kitchen was very well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. and there was a clothes washer. The apartment was also roomy.

It was a spacious and beautiful apartment very well managed and in an excellent location! We will definitely stay there the next time in Berlin!

We were a family of six! We had one bathroom that sometimes became tight. Another small bathroom would be great!

Very clean and spacious appartement. Ideal for a short stay. Close to a metro station. Great value for a correct price. If we ever return to Berlin, I would for sure consider a stay in this appartment again.

Great location and spacious apartment.Easily accessed by public transport and has supermarket very close. We would return to these apartments without hesitation.

Excellent location very near a tramstop and near Berlin Alexanderplatz. (With the TXL speedbus to Tegel airport.) Very nice staff and good apartment. Nice neighbourhorhood with lots of restaurants nearby.
