The room was fantastic, any very modern very luxuries. The staff were pushy, insultive annoying and very unprofessional. They didnt know how to treat customers of 5 star hotels, they have no touch in dealing with money issues, they are simply incompetent

small, nice hotel with less than 20 rooms. light switches didn't work, somehow the electricty system froze and become useless. rooms are quite small indeed

Das Ambiente, die romantische Lage, das sehr nette Hotelpersonal, die nette, freundliche hilfsbereite und familiäre Athmosphäre. Nur unser Zimmer war ein wenig zu klein, Ablagemöglichkeiten nur begrenzt und zu wenig Bügel für die Garderobe. Die obere Dusche tropfte kalt, während man die Handdusche benutzte.

Ein wunderschönes sehr gepflegtes und sehr individuelles Hotel (mit nur 10 Zimmern) zum Wohlfühlen in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Dennoch räumlich gesehen sehr weitläufig. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Nah gelegen zur Elbe und somit einladend zu einem Erkundungsspaziergang durch Blänkendes und zum Elbstrand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam dabei unaufdringlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr individuell gestaltet. Alles kann bestellt werden. Ein kleines Frühstückbuffet wäre für mich als Geschäftsreisende und Morgenmuffel angenehmer.

- Lage der Restaurants ist traumhaft - Essen lässt bis auf den Service keine Wünsche offen - Rezeption hat sich um uns gekümmert - Heizung hat 2 Nächte in Folge trotz Reklamation durchgedreht, keine Kompensation, bei offenem Fenster verkehrt herum versucht zu schlafen. - Jeder noch so kleine Service kostet: Mini-Haarspray, Shuttle nach Altona (40 €) - Zimmer waren nur okay sauber (Staub auf den Zeitschriften) - Bad war winzig klein, aber für unsere Zwecke okay - Zimmer sind generell eher kleiner (gibt nur 8), war für uns aber in Ordnung - Service auf den Terassen war unzuverlässig, im Bistro dann gut - Preis (für das Hotel, nicht das Restaurant) definitiv nicht angemessen

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und haben uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Es gab kein Frühstücksbuffet. Wir mussten lange auf das Frühstück warten, obwohl nicht sehr viele Gäste im Raum waren.

Service bei Empfang, Außenbewirtschaftung, Frühstück Schwierige, aber interessante Lage daher etwas umständliche Zugänge, Ausstattungs-Mangel wegen nur (!) einteiliger (!) Matratzen, 2 unengagierte Ober bei einer Abendmahlzeit im "Bistro" bei ansonsten sehr gutem, aufmerksamen Personal.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen auf einem 75 cm hohen Hügel über Blankeneese, hat nebst dem Gourmet Restaurant ein Bistro, wo man sehr gut zu einem vernünftigen Preis essen kann. Zudem gibt es einen Biergarten und ein Restaurant auf der Terrasse, auch zu empfehlen Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass ich zwei Zimmer gebucht hatte, mit der Bitte wenn immer möglich mit Blick auf die Elbe. Leider bekam ich dann zwei Zimmer die auf die Strasse bezw. Garten blickten. Vom Hotel selbst bekam ich keinen Bescheid, dass sie keine Zimmer mehr mit Ausblick haben, scheinbar wird das sonst gemacht!

Schöne Lage, Aussicht von den Terrassen, gute bis sehr gute Gerichte im Bistro (z. B. wird das Frühstück serviert, kein Büffet), frisches Obst auf den Zimmern, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, hoher Zimmerkomfort Wenig Wellnessangebote, teilweise unangenehme Gerüche im Zimmer (muffig) und Bistro (Fisch- bzw. Küchengeruch)
