near the train station the hotel has a reception in a nearby hotel Kieler Hof, both at least a flight of winding stairs up, no elevators; serious consideration for those who do not want to haul the luggage up the stairs of Kieler Hof in order to go afterwards up the stairs of Lubecker Hof. No phones / wake up calls. No breakfast for Lubecker Hof - Kieler Hof has one. People come and go / this is by the hour facility. |

The room was large and kept very clean. But the toilet and shower in the hall were both of poor quality -- not very clean or appealing. The booking.com confirmation said that the hotel accepts credit cards, but it did not say that the hotel does so, only at the cost of a 4% surcharge. This is extremely offensive. To avoid this large charge (about 10 Euros -- that's real money), I had to go to the railrowad station to make an additional atm withdrawal, which took about 20 minutes. |

room was clean, not noisy apartment, you could come in and out at any time... TV has only german channels (+CNN with really bad signal) |

Centre ville, juste à côté de la gare Hauptbahnhoff. Il y avait de l'eau chaude au moins, proprété moyenne, pas de réception dans l'hôtel, réception d'un autre hôtel s'occupait de l'administration. Le comfort vraiment insuffisant. |

der Preis war ok; Handtücher waren neu und Bett frisch bezogen; Waschbecken im Zimmer; TV Hotel liegt zentral, leider im Rotlichtviertel; Prostituierte standen direkt vor der Türe; Möbel waren teilweise sehr alt; Loch in der Zimmerwand; keine vernünftigen Vorhänge im Zimmer, es war taghell; Bad war nur eine Duschkabine von ca. 1qm mit Schimmel und Spinnweben an der Decke. |

Ubicación muy buena, en el centro de la ciudad y a 100 metros de la estacion de trenes. El precio es muy barato. El personal es un poco extraño. La limpieza de las duchas compartidas no es muy buena. Sin embargo la relacion calidad-ubicacion-precio es buena |

Wir sind 100% zufrieden! Wir haben zwar keine Mitarbeiter kennen gelernt, Zimmer war aber groß, hell, sehr sauber und entgegen unserer Erwartung wurden die Betten gemacht und neue Handtücher verteilt, obwohl wir nur 2 Nächte blieben. TV gab es auch. Danke! Hinweis auf lange steile Treppe - auch im Kieler Hof (Schlüssel!) - fehlte oder wir haben ihn übersehen, war aber keinerlei Nachteil oder Minuspunkt (außer wir wären gehbehindert gewesen...) Zur Straße hin naturgemäß nicht ganz lärmfrei: Fenster zu - Ruhe! |

Close to the central station and short walking distance to everything of interest. We got the biggest room on the floor, which included a shower. The room stayed cool even if it was burning hot outside. The reseption (at the hotel next door) was open 24/7. |
